If you go to them and choose to believe them, that's literally your choice. Also, those people who thought they were in contact with family were fine until all these debunkers ruined that belief. So, who's really the problem here...

I just watched Mythos' video. Great piece! To be fair, there were a few red flags before he debunked "Cotori:" The sounds always the same, no matter where they were, refusal to do it barefoot, getting the deceased teacher's name wrong, insisting they don't do this for money (of course they do), and the unerring consistency with which answers always came (don't even get me started on their association with a couple of known fakers). It's really disheartening to think that Cody and Satori are taking advantage of other people's grief while also making a mockery of those of us who have had paranormal experiences and want to see REAL evidence captured.

@@OliveGreen0516 Yes unfortunately. I really wanted to believe in their videos initially but it becomes pretty obvious. Every single video is INCREDIBLE "evidence". @Dee_M_See Жыл бұрын
@OliveGreen0516 By "They", do you mean Cody & Satori and/or Mindseed? Sadly, they are ALL FAKES. Ppl still watch vids out of enjoyment, so don't let it get you down. 🙂
@rocket2sun Жыл бұрын
@olivegreen0516 this commenter is right in regards to the fact that it's entertainment regardless. I still watch Sam and Colby videos even though they have had a lot of sketchy stuff come out about their legitimacy. The codi and satori affiliation is tough because I really believe they went along with it on purpose, but excluding that, there were videos released a few weeks back of things they said on security cameras while filming a video in the Bellaire house and they talked about faking things and seemed totally bored, just talking shit and making really gross sexual comments about the owner of the property. Anyway, it sucks. I had a feeling those guys weren't totally legit but I could suspend my disbelief and enjoy the videos with the impression that they were genuinely excited to make content and be positive but they just seemed really NOT into the paranormal. Even so... I watched their newest video today. I really enjoy the other people that were featured in the video so that helped but the entire time I couldn't help but feel sad knowing that they are likely putting on a show and don't even enjoy the genre that they specialize in. But it's entertainment. Any they're good at making entertaining videos. As someone who only enjoys paranormal investigation content if the evidence seems genuine, I can't watch MindSeed content anymore because of how obviously fake most of their evidence seems. But I can watch Sam and Colby because at least most of their evidence is pretty believable even if they make wild assumptions based on words they get on the spirit talker or a creaking floorboard. But there are those out there that would hate to watch their videos and find all of it impossible to believe. To each their own. MindSeed do a great job at editing. They know what an investigation is supposed to seem like and they do a great job at keeping everything pretty normal except for the extreme moments of "paranormal activity" so they have a pretty huge audience despite the fakery. Because a lot of people are just excited to see evidence of what they suspect is out there. I'm not saying that paranormal activity hasn't ever legitimately caused chairs to quickly and inexplicably stack themselves with no sound, or cause someone's eyes to look black momentarily, or cause every cabinet to open. But the likelihood that these things would all be caught on video by the same people in the span of a few years along with dozens of other intense and history-making paranormal events is just too much for me to be able to believe. Sorry I know this is a huge wall of text. I'm horrible at keeping things short. But all I'm saying is, watch what you enjoy. If it hurts no one, it's not an issue.

This is how i look at things when it comes to the "ghost hunting" and everything really: 1. Who benefits and what benefits do they get. if you have a ghost show and go to people that are "experts" they both get something out of it. clicks/$/"fame". Sometimes these experts are employed by someone else that OWNS the property they are "investigating" so there is an incentive to hype things up ( like the carnivals and circusses of old) 2. this gets followed by "follow the money" because there is ALWAYS a money trail. those 2 cody satori got BOTH financial gains from it. plus their whole side gig is having a "haunted museum on wheels". I did like ghost hunters ( the first seasons because they went "ok what can it be other than a ghost" and they looked into it.. nowadays they dont do that) Plus they are online/celeb getting promotions, getting asked ( and paid) to go speak, you can hire them to do readings and all that other crap. The second i heard of this cody and satori i was skeptical. it was laid on too thick but i can understand some people falling for their tricks at first

He’s snapping either the peroneal tendons in his ankle, (which are placed right where you see his ankle go in and out when he says “he’s resetting”) or his plantar fascia, looking anatomically at what’s inside the foot and ankle it could be his ankle or his toes but I think it’s the ankle because get this, peroneal tendons are load bearing and shock resistant to prevent sprains or injury he ALSO says “notice how he’s standing with his weight bearing down on one leg”, he probably can’t make the sound without creating tension in the limb. Which makes them exactly like those two sisters who faked their gifts. Satori has to be aware as well she tends to help him when things get dicey she’ll redirect attention or distract from what I noticed going through them again. I have a gut feeling the new owner WANTS to kill it… she’s a property developer after all. I hope the US has a protected building scheme like we do here in the UK. If so, let’s hope we can get the conjuring house protected asap before it become a brand new block of flats

Never mind the conjuring house, go to Gettysburg and spend a few nights. It’s “free” and it has a real backstory as one of the bloodiest of the Civil Wars in the US.

I wish ownership never changed. I really enjoyed sam and colby’s experiences their prior to cody and satori’s employment and the new owners. The fact that the paranormal activity went up so much immediately should be enough to set anyone’s bs meter off.

Yeah, looking at the booking for the Conjuring House you can see that they are trying to "discount" smaller channels of 15k or less by $240 dollars. That is not a discount for smaller content creators, I would at least offer half off. As you said, KZbinrs are free advertisement for the House, Jackie (the owner), I think is thinking "Oh Sam and Colby/Twin Paranormal/Overnight, their fans will PAY ANYTHING to be here." I don't think ANY places we've seen as viewers are charging that much for guests/content creators. I do know from an article that Jackie offered to pay overprice for the house when it was on the market, she wanted to pay $1.55 million or close to that when it was up for $1.2 million. So I think from the jump, she was looking for a cash grab.

Completely understand what you have said here, a lot of paranormal sites are incredibly expensive. I had to pay $1200 American dollars for Waverly Hills Sanatorium... just over $1800 Australian dollars and in pounds 954, worth it? NO, but is it a great place? YES. Some of these places are seriously about the cash. I get it, if that is what you are in it for, but, it does put poor people (like us) out of the playing game. I saved for almost a year to pay for my American trip. I will never pay that sort of money again. I am going to check out Mythos. Cheers Beardo. x

Some years ago Beardo I was with an event in London with a Company that ran paranormal investigations. There were about 4 staff. One medium ' and his side kick. The side kick had a clicker attached to his heel, within his shoe. When the medium called out and asked questions the heel would click. As we moved from one area to another, the side kick forgot and walked heavily and kept clicking from his heel. I called him out and told the rest of the paying customers what he was doing, plus, in one room they had fish wire attached to a shelf to release objects 😡

Yeah, i watched it earlier, I was impressed. You could feel his emotions deflate with each single example. He basically covered my questions. His earlier vid had really bad mic/sound problems. That one was great.👌

You can find my comment in their first airing of this that my Spidey Sense was telling me that there was dishonesty going on. That their spirit friend wasn't what was talking to them. Trickery. Thanks to the hard work of you debunkers! Just the way the new owner was acting, all the cameras in the house conveniently watching them. Yeah, I was hoping it was real, but it just wasn't sitting with me at all. If Sam & Colby were in on it, this is going to reflect back on everyone they've interacted with, like KallMeKris, etc.

When I saw the Sam & Colby first video, I was surprised to see the new owners. As soon as I saw the branding on the polo shirts, my immediate thought was that they've turned a genuine paranormal location in to a haunted house attraction, solely centered on making money. While I was impressed with Cody and Satori at first, I just couldn't shake that whole "uniform" look.

The house is still booked almost everyday the whole year at the high cost, it's been that high since it started, it actually went down a little bit and now if you have below 15k subscribers you don't have to pay the extra for filming... its high because of the movies and the lore not cause of Cody and satori

See the heel is practically out of the shoe and the lace & tongue of the shoe are loosened to allow the downward pressure……how f@#%ing fake…..they have discredited themselves worldwide……how greedy! 😅❤🇦🇺

Just subscribed. Loving your content, intelligent critical thinking a bit like John Wolfe. I agree with you wholeheartedly but I saw on John's channel that the whole of January is booked up. I'm assuming that will taper off pretty quickly and yes the conjuring house could go under. Watch this space I guess. Keep it up dude

That’s really sad Satori was faking evidence because her dad is one of the OG paranormal investigators and he never faked anything. I never seen him have any evidence to fake lol

Are you sure he NEVER faked anything? What his show had going for it was it was fairly new regarding ghost hunting. People were technically unaware of what could be manipulated, even back then. And you had a nation who wanted to believe. I saw his response speaking about his daughter. That's what good Dad's should do, try to defend her as long as you can. But what was telling was his rant about haters. I commented, most are not haters they honestly want this to be real. My thought is, if you believe they are not faking, then let them prove once and for all. Then we can all move on. I was polite. I was deleted within a day. That told me everything I needed to know.
@SparkyTuttle Жыл бұрын
@@Spitfirethedragon, what he meant was... just as long as it's not his family being debunked. Actually, I don't know what he meant. I do know that's a classic move of a liar. If you appear to welcome investigation, perhaps people will believe you. But again, his comments went directly towards haters. He ranted about them. They are not all haters. Most want to believe. Prove them wrong. I left that comment, well much nicer, but I was deleted. And not by y t. It was whomever was running his end. He's a Dad defending his daughter. That's all.
