Thanks for the cool plating tips Chef! That looks so good, and you made it look S0 Simple to make. Shoot, that dish is probably now $12-15 at the little mom & pop Chinese restaurant around the corner from me. Thier prices, like everyone's, have gone up so I don't order from there like I used to; once every few months or so. And I know for a Fact, that yours is just as good if not better!
