It's really sad to see a $1.2 million dollar house complimented by IKEA fixtures and poor interior layout. No Beverly Hills, NO

High Grove village is incredible. The interior finishing especially. Amazing.

This is why I distaste ready made homes, especially spending that much money! I must be there from design level to choose every fitting and finishing aspect of the house if am spending $1M + for a house. Reasons I prefer building my own. The stairs are apartment quality! Cheap appliances and bathroom finishings for the price. Am very detail oriented in crafting a house of value minus cost.

Hahaa Nancy literally fell in love with the house (for the first time), you can tell from her voice and the depth of her breath!

high groove is spacious but the fittings are cheap. no storage in the bathrooms, cheap doors and finishings certainly not Beverly hills of Nairobi. could you also include prices of all your properties?

Lower Kabete areas is very beautiful. The problem is that most of the land is owned by Kikuyu farmers who won't sell their land no matter what...they actually defied the white settlers. But I am glad to see this change with developments like Highgrove taking shape.

i love the high grove village, it is my best place I have seen yet on the property show. Asanta sana Nancy and property show team.

Nancy that is well done show. This is a high end development without doubt. However I would like to know why they wont provide basic information such as whether property is freehold or leasehold and a rough guide to the asking price. I don' t like this secrecy honestly.

The Kenyan property market has a lack of proper interior design professionals. Still a long way to go esp on kitchens and bathrooms. There is nothing luxury about those kitchen appliances and bathrooms

Mercy Namikoye you absolutely right. It’s not just Kenya come to Ghana and see the foolishness they do sometimes. Pink wall, with black and white floor tiles, with brown wood door, and purple sinks.they do the same thing in Nigeria too.

Mercy Namikoye You are so right. Considering the availability of some natural resources, they have the capability to make stunning pieces to furnish these homes. Beautiful homes though and a bit pricey for the sq ft size.

Environment looks good, beautiful exterior build, but the interior is too busy, too much wood and very poor cheap taste in interior design. Are there no qualified interior designers and spatial designers? I love the river and sound of birds.
@jadam40314 жыл бұрын
It ain’t no Beverly Hills. I have seen better houses in kitusuru and muthaiga, cheap finishing.
