50 50 - I’m not doubting that the Quran claims Allah is forgiving. I’m not claiming that God doesn’t know the hearts intention and truth. It appears you’ve built a straw man here. I’m not asking IF Allah forgives, I’m asking HOW the justice of deserved punishment is forgiven. Anyone can say “forgiveness”, but saying it doesn’t make it reality. If Allah forgives what is deserved punishment he becomes unjust. Allah must punish sin, and punish all of it to be just. He must also forgive sin to be forgiving, but in forgiveness the sin goes unpunished. Islam has a quandary that is not answered. Allah is not forgiving, he requires for us to pay back our transgressions through deeds and sufferings. If he forgives, how is justice served? In Christianity it’s simple. God knows our hearts intention and if we truly repent of sin, if we accept the gift of salvation from Jesus we are forgiven. Our sins are atoned for and punished through the crucifixion of Jesus. Through Jesus God remains perfectly just because He punished our sins and He remains perfectly forgiving because through Jesus he forgives sins. That is HOW God remains just by punishing and forgiving simultaneously. Mohammad says Allah is just but fails to show justice. Allah becomes weak in that he either doesn’t punish sin he forgives it- or he makes everyone pay for their own sin and forgives nothing.

As a follower of Christ, what I got out of this video was the same thing I’ve understood for a long time....the Old Testament is full of sinful men that God has used. We all fall short, we all stumbled. Even the righteous of men have fallen short, and have sinned against God. The Old Testament lights the way to the coming of Christ. If the men after Gods heart were perfect what hope would we sinners have? The Old Testament wasn’t meant to be sugar coated. There is a lot of things I do not understand and I will never pretend to, but I do know that I am a sinner and the price to pay for that is death, but by the grace of God I have been forgiven for my sins and with that forgiveness I am to better myself, love one another and be an example of the light God shines down on us, even when I fall short.

Kara Thomas the flaw there you see is that if a person becomes as good as a prophet (and people can become that good because you said prophets weren't perfect in the first place) then they have no more of a role model to follow. The people chosen by God are not acting like God wants everyone to act, i mean god wouldn't want anyone to sin and if he doesn't want people to lose motivation by seeing perfect prophets then why not talk about his mercy in the Bible and tell the people to strive for perfection and try their best? It doesn't make sense that the best of people would be who disobey God, to the point where ordinary people are disgusted by those acts.

I guess there never was a perfect role model beside Jesus. I will try to explain my view. God is so holy that not the best man could accomplish what God meant for us to be because of the downfall of men: choosing their definition of right and wrong. That's the sinful nature of all of us. God used Israel to make this clear over dozens of generations. Imagine God made himself known to you like he did to Israel at the time of Moses. You couldn't imagine that someone would be so stupid to disobey. But our daily lives are proof of how ignorent and "stonehearted" humans become by time. They choose almost always pleasure over right deeds, hate over forgiveness. It's easy to think of ourself to be good because we follow a set of rules wich give us guidance, but even that will not be enough to extinguish every evil thought you will have in the future (hate, lust, jealousy... insert your sin of choice). I was born a muslim but never would say I was a devout one. That simply would be a lie. I see a lot of good in muslim people. In terms of kindness and humbleness there are muslim individuals that are nearly unmatched. But that's not the point. Even if you think of something sinful all of good you have done so far is tainted in sin. That's why christians believe the torah pointed to a savior because that was Gods promise. He fulfilled his promise in Jesus so that everyone could be saved by trusting and following him. I'm as shocked as muslims when I see what christianity has become. You will agree that not every human who calls himself a muslim is one, right? That applies to christianity as well. That's why they call it the narrow path. Many will be rejected. Everyone believe christianity is "easy". Believing in the ressurection is enough and we are good. They forget about the two final commandments. Love your God with all your heart and all your mind. Love your neighboor as yourself. When you love God with all your heart you will live by every 10 commandments without thinking about it. It will be written in your heart. When you love your neighboor wich includes every human you get in contact you want to be good to them and help whereever you can. But as human you will fail from time to time. By repentence God will clean you off your sin and help you get on the right path. That doesn't mean you can sin and sin and ask God to make you clean again. The intend is the key. If you willingly sin over and over again you already have choosen your path. If you stumble on your way God will straighten you up like a child who is learning to walk. I'm not good. That's what i had to learn. I want to become as good as humans can. Not because a holy book demands it, because I want to thank God and because I love him. If you want to learn about the connection between Jesus and the Torah i can recommend you TheBibleProject. They explain how to understand and reading it. They even show chapter by chapter how the history of israel points to Jesus. Your choice. Hope you all do well on your journey. I pray that God will accept your efforts despite of our different decisions. May he judge us by our intend and not by our fallible nature. Love you all my muslim sisters and brothers. God bless. Great video! This also refutes people who say that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) copied from the Bible or made up the Quran in order to glorify himself. If that was true, all of these bad stories in the Bible about the Prophets would be in the Quran, in order to show that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) is “better” than those other “sinful Prophets.” So this shows that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ ) was 100% truthful. I guess there's a misunderstanding here. Noah, Aaron, David and the others you mentioned here are actually no prophets in the Bible. Prophets are also not sinless or perfect like they are supposed to be in Islam. Prophets are also human who make mistakes, in the Bible and also in the Quran. David was a sinful man but the Lord had mercy on him and made him the greatest King of Israel because he trusted God. Abraham was a sinful man but God made him the father of his people because he believed him. This shows perfectly that you can't earn Gods mercy and love by being sinless. You are not able to be perfect but God is able to use you in a perfect way to give your life meaning and fulfil his wonderful plan. You are able to be with the perfect God through Jesus Christ, the only righteous person on earth. All your sins have been washed away by his precious blood. There is no need to be perfect. That's what real love means and God is perfect love in person.

Sorry bro but if anything this just affirms the validity of the bible and confirms the attempts to white wash history by muhammad. Prophet or not, the Bible has always been consistent with the doctrine that no man is prefect. Romans 3:23 says " For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of God". The word of God inst here to portray the prophets as "perfect saints", the scriptures make it very clear the only man without err in history is Christ himself. By showing the sins and negatives of these prophets, and how God forgives them, thl ties in to the main story of the Bible. WE SIN, WE REPENT, GOD FORGIVES.

Leroy Litroy No, them sinning just shows that its “ok” to sin because you can ask for forgiveness afterwards which just seems fake and dull. But the Quran portrayed them as even though they wanted to sin, they feared & loved God so they did not commit to their sin. And thats what God wants us to learn from these prophets that whenever we feel like sinning, We should remember that God is watching us. And remember that these are PROPHETS! their job is to deliver the message of God, so the fact that they sinned even though they were supposed to be idols to their believers does not make sense. Plus in our Quran, God knows that we humans aren’t as perfect as our prophets... He tells us to take them as our idols but of course we are not them so we sometimes sin. So the lord teaches us that he is the most merciful and forgiving if we repent & ask for forgiveness, In fact ‘forgiveness’ and ‘mercy’ are mentioned roughly 100 and 200 times respectively in our Quran. An entire chapter of the Quran is devoted to the quality of mercy.

You must first utter the Shahadah (Testimony of Faith), first in Arabic then in English. Once you do that and you fully believe in it, you will become a Muslim. I would recommend you to do this in a mosque. Find the closest mosque to you. Make sure it is a Sunni Mosque. Then from then on, they will teach you how to pray, the 5 pillars of Islam, etc. Important Advice: Take it slowly, dont burn yourself out. A lot of new Muslims burn themselves out quickly because they were super eager. Think of it like exercising. Imagine you start benching 200 pounds on the first day of exercise. Obviously, it would absolutely destroy you quickly. Good luck on making your move to Islam. It will not be easy, but Allah will be behind you, and inshaAllah you will enter Paradise where we shall meet.

I Am a Sinner. This is the first thing that a person must realize to be saved. Why would a person need a Savior if they don't need to be saved from anything? Many people today refuse to confess the sins in their life to God. 1st John 1:8-10 read, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." So if a person doesn't see them self as being sinful, then they can't be saved, because they are still in darkness as 1st John 1:10 states. Romans 3:10,23 clearly indicts mankind as being sinful. Isaiah 64:6 condemns even our self-righteousness as filth in God's sight. I Deserve to Go to Hell. Romans 6:23 plainly states that the wages of sin is DEATH. In Genesis 2:17 God warned Adam and Eve that they would die THE DAY they ate of the forbidden fruit. They disobeyed God, but didn't DIE physically until hundreds of years later. Why? It's because they DIED SPIRITUALLY that awful day, and all mankind has been born spiritually dead since (Romans 5:12). Please understand that spiritual death and the second death are not the same. Every person who is not born again is ALREADY spiritually dead. The second death is Gehenna, i.e., the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:11-15). All those who die in their sins, without being born again, will be arraigned, prosecuted, and sentenced at The Great White Throne of Judgment and then cast into the Lake of Fire forever. Jesus is the Savior (the Christ), who Paid the Full-Price for My Sins. Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay. Jesus, who knew no sin, became as sin, that we who knew no righteousness could be made the righteousness of God (2nd Corinthians 5:17). Jesus literally took our sins upon Himself, and imputed His righteousness to our record. What a Savior! Jesus didn't just die to pay for our sins, He shed His blood for our sins, and applied that blood to the mercy seat in Heaven (John 20:17; Hebrews 9:12, 24). We are saved by Jesus' precious blood (Colossians 1:14; 1st John 1:7; Revelation 7:14). Only the blood of Jesus can TAKE AWAY our sins forever. "Atonement" is an Old Testament word, which means "to cover," because the blood of goats and bulls could only COVER sin temporarily (Hebrews 10:4); but thank be to God, Jesus' blood once and for all TOOK AWAY our sins! Hebrews 9:12 states, "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." I Am Saved by Receiving Jesus Christ as My Savior, believing Upon Him to Forgive My Sins. John 1:12,13 states... "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." Salvation is of God, a supernatural act of God in response to my faith in Jesus Christ alone. 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 defines the Gospel as: Christ's DEATH, BURIAL, and RESURRECTION. This is what Jesus did to pay for our sins, and definitely includes Jesus' virgin birth, sinless life, and blood sacrifice (Hebrews 9:22).

Indeed Jesus PbuH got the Injil which is the gospel but which one as there are several gospels... The injil is also present in the bible but we dont actually know which book or verse.. (Like what he did with jesus in christianity, Killing his own son/himself/his Man incarnationnation.... Please can you explain to me what a Demon is? Do Demons have brains? Do Demons actually speak? When a person is ill and they are said to have a Demon, how does the illness relate to something that is articulate and has some wisdom? I do not think any doctor treating a patient with the same illnesses found in those people mentioned in the Bible, have ever found them different to what they actually are; biological and chemical. Mental illnesses are perhaps the nearest to what is thought to be Demons cohabiting the bod/mind. Tourette syndrome, which is a neurological disorder characterized by repetitive, stereotyped, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics, is this a Demon? To say that YHWH doesn’t hold prophets to high standards is simply dishonest. Numbers 20 - the LORD kills Moses and Aaron for exalting themselves rather than God at Meribah 1 Samuel 13 - King Saul loses his kingship for offering a sacrifice himself instead of a Levite, which was against God’s Law 1 Kings 13 - a man of God is killed by a lion for eating bread and drinking water against the LORD’s command Jeremiah 26 - the prophet Uriah is slain for fleeing to Egypt rather than trusting the LORD for deliverance Acts 5 - Ananias and Sapphira are struck down by the LORD for keeping back money for themselves rather than donating it to the cause I could go on. James 3:1 sums it up pretty succinctly: “Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.” Just because God doesn’t punish someone severely enough for your liking doesn’t make Him unjust. YHWH is a God of mercy. Why He chooses in some cases to punish or delay punishment is beyond our understanding - who can know the mind of the LORD? He does as He pleases to accomplish His will. Who are you to judge the actions of the LORD? To do so would be to put yourself on His throne.
