Thank you! Insurance rates are not bad in my opinion, but it depends on your company and a variety of other factors such as your credit, the car, and your driving history….it could be as low $60/mo or as high as $150/mo.

well traffic round here in different areas can be like Atlanta like I-20 and I-20 it get so crowded round here in the area and yes it do be bumper to bumper the population has increased so much that the traffic in augusta is getting really bad and starting to become an issue in the metro

I have only found the interstate to be busy during rush hours which is when people are either heading to work in the morning or getting off in the evening. Within the city, Augusta traffic is no comparison at all to the traffic and delays I encounter when in Atlanta.

@@katerratherealtor yes that’s true but the population here is really rising fast cause I remember augusta used to barley have no traffic round here but now with the fast growing population it’s traffic everyday now but I know it’s going to get worst and there is allot of young people moving here especially in the entire metro but in richmond and columbia county at certain times when i’m on my way to work now it can be delays up to 30 minutes or an hour lunch time can get really crowded too but atlanta do got it worst then Augusta but I can tell Augusta is on the way being like Atlanta with everything there building and all the apartment development

FACTS!! I have lived in Augusta earlier this year 2023. If you like a Dead City that has no plans on Not being a Dead City. Then move there. You will have NO basic City reliable services, NO motivated Household Contractor work, Plumbing, electrical, Grass moving, fence building etc. I can go on. "Jethro" Contractor might show up WEEKS LATER and he is dirty in dirty shorts, greasy hair etc. (U get the picture). I have read that the city refused the same Development company that rebuilt the now thriving Downtown Columbia SC. Just so they can STAY as dysfunctional as they are. As long as they get yearly money from the Masters Golf, they are content. Hollywood could literally shoot pictures based on 1965 downtown and would not have to spend a dime on background optics.
