Conifer to the nearest Costco is less than a 25 min drive. Pro or maybe a con (depends on what you want), Conifer is a suburb of the Denver metro area. As is Evergreen. Both towns are barely in the mountains. As a native I’d even say they are “foot hill” communities.

I’m looking at a 50acre horse property in Connifer, and want to know if hunting is allowed on personal property?
