Great video. Pigs are so much more complex,emotional beings than most folks know. By trying to understand their thinking,and they certainly think a lot,you are making their life and yours easier. Thanks for yet another insightful episode.

The system of pigs voting on something reminded me of something female Cape Buffaloes will do. It’s a peculiar behavior where they’ll all lay down and face certain directions. Whichever direction has the most buffaloes facing decides where they will travel. I don’t recall there being a lot of study on this, but I’d love to see more studies overall, not just my example, but in other social animals

My new pig I just got is very aggressive. He is only 4 months old and 80lbs. How do I get a handle on him. I can only fight him so much

I know this was 2 yrs ago but figured may help someone. If they aren't spayed or neutered already GET IT DONE especially with males. It won't solve everything but it gives you a pig you can work with much more safely on the behaviors.
