6:57 The reverse flash went back in time to when Barry was 11 years old after discovering his secret identity. The adult Barry Allen followed him, they fought in the living room and Barry got his younger self out of there. At the last minute, Thawne decided to cause a traumatic event that Barry would never recover from so he stabbed his mother in the heart and left the knife in his father Henry's hand (RF wears gloves). But that's where he fucked up. Without the flash, there was no reverse flash, and so he lost his connection to the negative speed force. I think there was still some connection although he was pretty much a dead battery, otherwise he would've faded from existence. Knowing that the only way back was the flash, and the fact that he had to wait almost twenty years for that fateful lightning bolt to stroke, Thawne decided to move things up. He stalked Dr. Harrison Wells and his wife, caused their car to crash and Wells's wife to die, and with his future tech stole his DNA so he will become a perfect copy of Dr. Harrison Wells. He left the real Harrison Wells buried in an unmarked grave off the highway and waited for the police to show up. From then on it would be him that would build star labs and make all these innovations so that Barry would notice, whom he was secretly observing and stalking throughout his life to learn about his enemy. Whether it's science fairs or soccer games, he observed him try to find any hint of the man that he would become and found nothing. He founded star labs, recruited future team flash members Cisco Ramon, Caitlin snow, and her fiancé Ronnie Raymond. Together they created The particle accelerator five years earlier than the original Wells had done, but Thawne deliberately caused the particle Accelerator to explode, causing the lightning bolt that would turn Barry Allen into the flash and the birth of the meta-human community in central city. All of this so that he could train Barry, as you pointed out, to get fast enough to open a hole in space and time to allow him to return to his own time. He didn't start getting access to his negative speed force until Barry was struck by lightning. He even commandeered his care by having him moved from the hospital into star labs where he would observe him with assistance from Cisco and Caitlin. He would also play the sympathy card by pretending to have been paralyzed from the waist down during the accelerator explosion. Everything went according to plan until Barry decided not to alter time and chose to stop him instead. But because the reverse flash was more experienced and much more connected to his own speed force, he had the upper hand in the face until his ancestor, Eddie, shot himself, thus ending the bloodline and he was erased from existence. However, a timeline remnant survived since he was traveling in the speed force during this event and he was protected. This remnant also was later apprehended by the flash and held captive for months as Barry enjoyed what is now known as the flashpoint universe. But when Barry realized his mistake, he begrudgingly allowed the reverse flash to carry out Nora Allen's murder. That's when he showed up in legends of tomorrow as he was pursued by the black flash, formally known as Zoom and was soundly defeated. Recently, it was revealed that the time wraiths pulled Thawne out of the nothingness he dissolved into, re-educated him, stripped him of his speed and assigned him to protect a fixed point in time for eternity by living the same day over and over again.

Thawne served his time, reformed, became the curator of The Flash museum, and only went back in time to tell him he made good in his promise to fix things. He even changed his costume to yellow because that was the color of kid flash. Thinking that what he believed was personal words between he and Barry turned out to be, from his point of view, just shit that he says to anyone, he felt betrayed. Classic obsessed fan behavior. He looks more sociopathic to start down his road because of something so small.

You forgot to mention that, just like Wally West, Thaddeus Thawne himself was actually Barry Allen's #1 fan. But unlike Wally West, Barry Allen became his mentor out of fear, never really caring for him, and making him the villain while praising Wally West as the successor. During Eobard's "tutelage" under Barry Allen, he would call himself Zoom as his hero name. But after finding out he was destined to be Barry Allen's arch nemesis, Eobard took up Reverse Flash as his villain name after he felt that Barry Allen was the one who betrayed him. But the timelines are all messed up from all the "reverseflashmasury", so a lot of that gets pretty hard to put together. But that's not all. Eobard Thawne had a successor of his own. He manipulated the timeline to make Hunter Zolomon take up the name Zoom (not in redhood fashion). Zolomon himself also got his own Kid Zoom to match Wally West's Kid Flash. But I don't think Bart Allen has a green lantern BFF. Not until he meats the Teen Lantern that decends from Hal Jordan and Guy Gardner at least... I want to know how it all went down and who punched who first. Jordana has a lot of potential. It's a shame she only appeared in the 16th issue of the Leagon Of Heroes comic. If I remember correctly. I'd be surprised if Bart and Jordana didn't at least know each other, especially with their parents being the 2 most known BFFs and their families being friends... unless Hal Jordan through the first punch.

Two things man: first of all, when you were talking about how much he messed with Barry’s childhood, you neglected to mention the murder of his mother. That’s chief evil in his background. Second, in “the return of Barry Allen” storyline, the reason why he went back in time was to meet his idol and get him to sign a copy of his biography. It wasn’t to replace him; it was to let him know how much he meant to him and his life. This emotional breakdown came from discovering that he has both destined to become the flashes greatest nemesis and that he dies by Barry Allen’s hands. He tries to hide in Barry Allen’s identity from that fate and then went nuts. Aside from that good rundown. (Oh, and the season one arc was all about making Barry fast enough to open a time portal so that Thawne could return to his time after shooting himself in the foot with killing Barry’s mother and losing his speed.)

Hey everyone I'm trying to create two Marvel heroes. They're the children of Erick Brooks aka Blade. They were born in Transylvania as half bloods because Blade's pregnant wife was very sick and she was to die in a few days and she would also lose the children. So Blade decided to bite her and infect her with the vampire virus so she would be immortal like him. But what he didn't realize is that when he bit into human flesh and tasted their blood his vampire genes would finally fully awaken and now he is a pure blood vampire. He found this out when he went outside in the daytime and the UV rays from the sun burned him. But his plan to save his wife worked and she gave birth to twin half bloods, an older sister named Sinclair, and a younger brother named Asher. They were both born with the x gene. Asher's ability comes from his unique vampiric blood cells. His mutant ability allows him full control over his blood cells. Being able to make them into weapons and making it very dense. I haven't thought of an ability for Sinclair so maybe someone can help me with that. Suggestions are appreciated. Enjoy 🤙🏾
