Best background of any hero character, being a former Marine, though I have no idea why John Stewart isnt like Frank Castle. I guess, we can say that both represents the 2 possibilities of how Marines come to be after service, one even after enlisting, never leaves the field; while the other manages to get over it.

Amazing, haunting and powerful video of Punisher. Two of my favourite parts of your video though are actually rather subtle; it's where the song goes "The old familiar sting" as Frank throws the swat team helmet off of his head. It's like he's throwing off the helmet as it reminds him of the uniform he wore in his military career and how it destroyed his life, and the regret he feels for it. The other is when we see Karen looking at Frank's picture with his wife and kids as the line "You are someone else" plays over it. Nothing could ever describe how wrecked he is than that.

Regrettable that some intrepid filmmaker didn't beat the makers of the garishly overlauded Logan to the punch by adapting Jason Aaron's 2010 - 2012 run on The Punisher MAX for cinema, using this most seminal piece from latter day Johnny Cash in THEIR trailer. Lyrics and themes synch up far more with the plight of Frank Castle than Wolverine
