You can keep that suitcase at home. KLM flights in UK don't include it in your ticket.

Poorly done commercial! As the woman speaks, mouth movement does not match the words she is ‘saying’ was it done with AI? Tone deaf for most of your customers.

The message of this advertising is very bad: a rich family like has "private boarding" with destination to a "fiscal paradise" . Great indeed!

My luggage has been delayed since Aug 21st not one of your out sourced customer service agents is able to tell me where it is! You are here advertising about a Stuffed animal! Treat your customers better! Treat our luggage with respect!

Ever since KLM partnered with Air France (notorious for losing luggage) it has gone downhill. Go with a better airline, Emirates is quality.

I understand your frustration completely; it's truly unpleasant to wait for your luggage for such an extended period. There have been significant issues at airports, especially at Schiphol in Amsterdam, regarding baggage. Many delayed and misplaced bags need to be rerouted, and there seems to be a large number of them. So, they probably know at which airport your bag is, but pinpointing its exact location among the pile of bags can be challenging. Despite your frustration, I can imagine the difficulty of the situation. I'm sure that if you reach out to KLM Arrival Services or inquire at the KLM counter in the airport's arrival hall, they can certainly provide you with more information about the status of your luggage. I believe they also give you a service number based on your baggage claim for tracking the status of your luggage online. I frequently fly with KLM and have experienced this myself, but it usually gets resolved. It's just not an easy situation for both the customer and the staff dealing with it.

Thats a joke, isn't it???? April fool's day in September? These 107 seconds advertisment are a total desaster! It doesn't show the reality in no single second!! In this spot everything looks and sounds so wrong and at least arrogant against all people that could never ever afford this kind of travelling. It is a shame that you think you have to advertise for people that are 5% of all your travellers. And finally: if you have to make this please use actors speaking proper english!!! 😠😠

How long does it take to get a refund? I have been waiting for a refund since January 2023 and all I got from your (let's call it like this) customer service has been lies, fraudulent data, and deceiving information. When I asked for the phone number or contact of a supervisor, they told me they couldn't do anything even though I had requested this in formal terms (the same way KLM has requested my bank statements and data which they received promptly). When I asked them to send me a bank statement as proof that the refund had been done, they told me they couldn't do that. For over 10 months I have been in contact with KLM customer service (it is better to be called KLM NOTcustomer service) with Enmanuelle, Ben, Felix, Emanuelle, and Andras. The last thing your NOTcustomer service did, was say that the refund has been already approved (I know this) and done (this is a complete lie). When I asked them to send me info to which bank they made a payment, they sent me a made-up IBAN and some ARN number which is not applicable anywhere. Can you please tell me who I have to contact to get a refund which I have been waiting for more than 10 months?
