Can’t understand people knocking Korda. They’re a great company who put out great content we can all learn from. Would love to fish gigantica one day 👍

Great vid with loads of good tips. Loving the trousers. Given Mr Fairbrass is an obvious gym goer too they're designed by a guy who knows the plight of many. No more restricted movement and rips down the back end. Haha. Definite purchase for me.

For some reason korda get a lot of hate? but I love these videos, very interesting and informative even if these lakes are beyond my skills.

True about the haters, I find that strange too. Saying that, dark & jealous souls are everywhere, just ignore them and surround yourself with positive and meaningful persons.

Do you think I run out and buy something just because Danny Fairbrass uses it? You're the knob if that's what you believe?
@darrylclarkson17997 жыл бұрын
Carson king = FUCKING gobshite knob!!!! Buy some korda gear then ya might stop catching baby carp 😅😅😅
@OliverQueen19744 жыл бұрын
@Clappy Linear has always been like that (probably worse at times) way before Korda started doing any sort of videos. I can remember it being like you say in the late 90s & early 00's. St Johns was always bivvy city & thefts were rife especially on the road bank. Almost all of the "hardcore anglers" were buying leads off Danny before he expanded the business out of his kitchen. The hate is purely down to the company growing all the time & having possibly the best marketing in all of angling. As Danny has always said, not one person has gone up to him on the bank or at one of the shows & called him out for anything that he has supposedly done. If you have ever spoken to any of Korda's employee's, you would know they are amongst the most genuine people on the planet who actually want others to catch carp. So much of the hate comes from "my mate said Danny/Ali/Tom/Neil/Damien/etc done this/said that/owns a bright green Lamborghini" which has always come from Chinese whispers or haters making stuff up to give it the big one in the shops/on the bank. I will always agree that some of the stuff comes across as being over-excited when a fish hits the spreader block, but it is genuine passion from all the guys & they have always done the same regardless of if a camera is present or not. Danny would be the first to say buy what you are happy using & he has no problems if someone watches a video & decides to make a rig that is being used using Nash or Fox components instead of Korda's as if it has helped someone catch more then his job has been done. Even when Danny has done stuff purely for the good of angling at his own expense for no profit ie Embryo, he is shot down for creating more venues that are accessible to anglers & helped fence off waters he doesn't own/have the lease on by supplying fencing & manpower at cost to save carp from being wiped out there through predation. There are companies& anglers out there that the haters seem to "love" who are doing more harm towards angling than they will ever do good, but because they are not proactive or as successful like Korda, they are "adored". Danny put it perfectly in one interview - everyone wanted to be his mate & help in any way when he was on his way up, but when he reached the top, they tried to knock him down. I don't use many Korda products myself out of personal preference for selecting the items of kit that suit ME, but I have the upmost respect for Korda & the employee's for what they are doing.

Great video before i say what i am going to say. I find it hard to believe having fished in France myself and had great results why you all seem obsessed with distance. As you know most carp if not disturbed will regularly patrol the margins. Nearly all the carp i have taken and that involved a 49, 48 and a 39 in one night all came within 40 yards of the bank although it was on a totally wild fishery in mid france. Is it the constant fishing pressure that pushes these fish out. I did manage to get 32 fish on my last trip for the week averaging 31lbs and my fishing mate had 31 fish. Great wild fishery. As i said at the start great video. Neil

Jim Shelley lost his best friend due to drowning,no life jacket you see. So the life jacket rule is a good one,the loss of any good persons life is tragic and a terrible stigma for a venue to recover from.

After watching, i really have to say that this is crazy drilling carp like this. With those way to stiff rods, not using the drag, not letting the fish give a fight is just nuts. After seeing Ali loosing it in the boat is like the same. Fishing with such a stiff rod in a boat is just a fail.

10:05 - is in not possible they digest boils a lot slower!
@stevep1193 жыл бұрын
they will digest their food at about the same rate regardless of what it is you got to remember carp don't have a stomach all food is digested as it passes through the intestine so once they fill that it starts coming out the other end regardless

The problem with the weed is there is too much food going in to this lake its all the phosat that is why the weed is growing so fast if the carrey on feeding so much they have to sart useing bachtira to cleen this water or one day all the fish will be swimming on top or you will not be able to fish at all becouse of the weed I don't know how old this lake is but it was ok before Danny got it some thing is going wrong may be the balife schould start doing his job and look after the lake and the fish
@richardsydenham41059 жыл бұрын
Richard Sydenham Oh by the way I hope Danny gets to read this as if he careys on the way hes looking after this lake he will not have any fish in it and that can be in one year one can not put so much food in a lake with out the biologish balence these fish are not realy growing with all this food they are just contaminating the water sart to work with nature not against it it will work better and will be better for the fish ( I am a carp angler and love these fish )

@mattgosling26573 жыл бұрын
What rule mate?
@stevep1193 жыл бұрын
@@mattgosling2657 all 50lb plus fish must be photographed in the water so if they struggle and get dropped no harm comes to the fish cos they will just swim off rather than landing hard in a cradle or on a mat which is still gonna be pretty hard for a fish that weight

I had trouble understanding the point of launching your bait nearly to the other side of the lake...the point??? None!! Just cast close to the shore your on!! The mass amounts of bait being thrown into the water just to land a few fish is ridiculous!! The amount of money your spending on gear, bait and the allowance to catch these poor fish people have named because they catch them so often is just sad....last I checked they need to be in water to live, how many pictures do you really need!! sad video and poor fishing
