That "morty" @ 1:40 had me rollin for no reason
@mzk-13376 жыл бұрын
bruh, this is advanced workout, my legs are usually done after squats and legs press. I guess i need a solid 2-3 years of consistency before i can sustain this :))
@mzk-13376 жыл бұрын
John Doe I never said I did just those 2. When I say done I mean I can't do 2 more high intensity exercises for my quads after doing this. Maybe something lighter..yes. Does that make sense now?
@mzk-13376 жыл бұрын
John Doe and why would I do 4-5 exercises for biceps only if I work on my back also?! Bicep is not a huge group..
@yaboytravis07486 жыл бұрын
Try 5x12 ATG Squats 65-75% of your max with 90 sec rests between each set, let me know if you have anything left in the tank to do more exercises. If you wanna grow your legs, increase your squat and deadlift.
@yaboytravis07486 жыл бұрын
Truesky44 If those two exercises are major compound movements then its fine. Squats and Deadlifts will do more for your legs than jamming in all of the leg machines into one workout. Squats, Deadlifts, and some pylometric movements are all you need.
@HoobleyWoobley6 жыл бұрын
Truesky44 6? That's kinda overkill. I do squats, Bulgarian split squats, rdl's and then finally ham curls and leg extensions but they're for high high reps just to cure imbalance. I really just take 3 serious

Nice video. Can u plz do more quad workouts because I noticed that I am more hamstring dominant when I squat while my quads remain the same
@Dallbayob6 жыл бұрын
I would say just keep working your hamstrings more bc if you do too much quad exercises it might irritate the knee joint more, theyll grow either way if you do compound movements.

What do you think about the Romanian Deadlift for athletes?
@ryanbeatbox6 жыл бұрын
i think in most sports programs they will utilize it because it strengthens the posterior chain a lot which needs to be strong to handle advanced movements in field play etc , for pure hamstring activation check out stiff legged deadlifts too

@MegaCraigh6 жыл бұрын
GRIM REAPER It's a lot of work and not a lot of gain. Terron's reputation supersedes any award already. Think he said that in his own words a couple of times.
@adamek97506 жыл бұрын
His numbers aren’t that good to compete against the best in his weight class. Peaking also is not fun.
