It is legal but it's not recommended to doing this. Our prophet did this to only widow and woman that live in poverty. In my personal opinion, Brunei Roysl is the kindest n most generous for they take good care of the rakyat. I hardly see Bruni living in poverty. (At least not tht I know of ).
