I agree. I wonder if she misses her own foal and how her heart will brake when she has to ween Rising Star and when his rightful owner takes him away. I have seen calves separated from ther mothers and witnessed how the mothers cry for their babies. I believe all mothers bond with their offspring. Guess we just have to share in the beauty of the moment.

Thank you Rinske for your cinematography work. Uniek is big and beautiful in this video. She looks so good. Her coat shines, muscle tone, big belly. It is also sad to her beauty with the big belly. I guess we all took Star’s death pretty hard. I just want Uniek and the foster foal to flourish with love from Yvonne and her Friesian family. Uniek is second best horse in world. I loved watching you riding Uniek. She reminds me so much of my beloved (passed away at the age of 28) Gelding, who was very big and built the same way as Uniek (accept he was half clydesdale )and he too had loads of presence and used to be very very strong going home. He was such a gentleman for me and knew he wasn't allowed to take control and gallop home so he used to sit alittle behind the bit, lift his tail high in the air and then passage and piaffe all the way home. The froth would be like a river from his mouth all over his chest and on me if it was windy! I would be exhausted when we reached home and he would look at me an almost laugh and give me a push with his nose. This vlog brought tears to my eyes. I love your beautiful big mare and Thankyou for sharing her! x.

Uniek is THE most GEORGEOUS mare in all the world. The crown on her head suits her because of the Royal air she takes on especially when Yvonne rides her. She LOOKS big & powerful ... a brickhouse as the band would sing!!🤭🤭 What a beautiful day for a ride! No wonder she was so happy & doing blows! Fresh air & exercising!! When I rode at Ace High Ranch... as soon as we made the turn to go back from the trail ride ... those horses were the same way!! They would find this bundle of energy & think, "HO yeah!! Going back 😀 YIPPEE!!" Some would start to gallop. But once you made it clear to be patient, they were okay. Beautiful Uniek, loves the work under saddle, and before the cart. Rinske 🚲📹👍 As a teen, had ridden some as my uncle had horses, but beginner novice. At 40 yrs. was a chaperone on a youth group horse back outing. Rented horse tours. The gentle ones went to the kids, and all left was Dan, a spirited gelding. All went well until we turned to head home. I could not control. He galloped fast a good distance, me hanging on for dear life. Guide finally caught up and got beside us help me slow him down. So sore for a week. 🥴
