Thanks for this! I love the reddit recommended routine but it simply takes too long, and adding warmup and cooldown easily crosses 2 hours. This seems much more doable on a consistent basis. Consistency has been my bane in my fitness journey, hopefully this program will help me tackle it.

Yes! Exactly why it was made. You could hire an Olympic-level coach to make the "best" workout for you, but if it's not something you could stick to... it doesn't matter how good it is on paper. Having a routine that allows you to stay consistent is going to work better than anything else!

it takes 1 hour and a half for me not including cooldown but with cooldown which is usually cycling for me it takes 1 hour and 45 to 2 hours

Sounds awesome Antranik, really like the fact that you emphasize simplicity and consistency. On a sidenote, I just want to say thanks for all that you've been giving the community over the years, been following your work for a quite some time now and you are truly an inspiration. Keep being awesome!

Would you consider a small monthly payment option? Whilst the cost is fine and respectable, it's a lot for people who have suffered job loss through the pandemic. Big fan! All best.

I will be looking into how I can implement this, thanks for asking!

I loved the reddit bodyweight recommended routine, but it took me 2.5 hours and that simply is a no go at this point in my life. I dropped down to just doing pushups, pullups, and squats. Will definitely be checking this out though.

This story is something I've read countless times over the years. In hindsight, this program was much overdue!

Great video you gave importance to consistency, which most people ignore and do fancy exercises and quit later.

How many dumbell set do we need for this workout program@Antranik Dotorg
@AntranikDotOrg3 жыл бұрын
The dumbbells would be useful for the legs if you're doing split squats. You also have the option to do pistol squat (single leg squat) progressions and you wouldn't add a lot of weight for that when you reach the final progression. If you choose split squats, you'll benefit from going heavy (40lbs+)

What about nutrition
@AntranikDotOrg3 жыл бұрын
There's nothing about nutrition in this. This program focuses on strength training.

Well I think it's a fair price for Americans or countries with similar strong GDP. I would definitely pay 75 in my currency. But in $$ it's a bit too much sadly. Still we should be grateful for free stuff that Antranik publishes.
