The ending visuals is foreshadowing who the bride is. The bird inside the cage represent futaro and the reaction of the quints toward that bird is how the quints feel about futaro. Ichika adored the bird but didnt touch it, nino disgusted the bird, miku nervously adored the bird, yotsuba gets to touched the cage if you know what i mean and itsuki gently touches the chair with comfort. Then the bird (futaro) flies away and they all chased it. The panels of the quints from 1:10 and above is their reaction of who the bird (futaro) chooses and we can see that yotsuba smiled meaning that the bird chosed her. Then on panel 1:25 the white flower is shown to indicate yotsuba won
