@@KidKomical Actually, it’s technically canon seeing that he’s in the same universe/timeline as The Avengers. In the Netflix MARVEL shows, they’ve referenced the Avengers a number of times. That’s why it was so easy for Daredevil to make random cameos in Spider-Man and She-Hulk. The same could be done with the Punisher. He could possibly show up in Daredevil’s new show seeing that they’ve already met in the Netflix shows.

Marvel notoriously made a horrible mistake by not giving Black Widow the movie she deserved WHEN she deserved it. It needed to come out after Civil War. Clint, on the other hand, would be perfect to have a "previously during the Snap" movie. I agree, Raul, I'd love to see an R-rated Ronin series or movie. It was my impression that the red fluid in the opening titles to "Daredevil" was red wax, not blood. I believe this is a nod to Matt Murdock's Catholic faith, as a red candle in a Catholic sanctuary is a symbol that Christ is present.

Crucifying Gods, forcing them into slave labor to build a bomb across time, & using their blood to fuel a time pool. It just doesn’t compare to the badass comic God Butcher saga (it was my first comic series & recently got me into reading them). I still think Gorr was the better part of Love & Thunder, but man he seriously got nerfed & wasn’t given enough time. He only killed one god on-screen. It’s like he & Scarlet Witch had opposite issues. Her turn felt ruthless & sudden, Gorr wasn’t ruthless enough. Dude should’ve at least invaded Omnipotence City & massacred all the gods. Korg’s death should’ve been permanent & that’s when the movie should’ve shifted to dark tone with Thor abandoning Zeus to be butchered, giving Hercules more reason to come after Thor.

This is a long shot but what if the Blade cameo from eternals is actually the ending/ credit scene for his film. Not sure what way they’re taking blade but he’s very old so it’s likely the story is somewhat in the past (even if only slightly). So ending with the same scene but shot from Ali’s perspective could bring his story forward and connect it to the larger world, hopefully leading into the midnight sons

I feel like certain ppl still don’t grasp how much maturity ratings can really make a difference, even years after movies like Deadpool and Logan. Just like how art styles make certain characters stand out in comics, different maturity levels make characters stand out in live-action. It’s one of the reasons the Daredevil show was able to stand out from the rest of the superhero shows we had been getting at that point. DD as a character doesn’t necessarily need to be TV-MA but it allowed the creators to dive deep into the mature aspects of him and his world without being weighed down by the burden of trying to keep things “light” for younger audiences.

People would go and say "but the batman was PG 13 and it was dark " yeah but then again it dark in term of style and tone but in terms of metrial,the boys for example is very very dark show, because of the story,you seen those characters get into very not very nice situations or moment, and the show don't hold back from his Punches for dive into the subject matter like white supremacy or addiction or even rape,the MCU could tell those stories that doesn't have any interest to pulled back and really dive those places the street level characters and the supernatural are the ones that definitely make sense to going with the rating because they are the places that much more go to very hardcore route and the much more grounded places in the MCU compere to the cosmic multiverse stuff

First R film in the MCU? Has to be a Wolverine film. I am 48 years old, and I still remember discovering Wolverine in the third grade. Well, maybe Deadpool will best this to the punch, but I would argue that a R rated Wolverine film will set a positive tone for our beloved comic book movies, maybe even win over haters like Scorsese and Tarantino, and keep this genre going for decades. I even believe it should be titled "Wolverine 001", and have a titled card in the theme of a comic book numbering system. Love your work. Please keep it up.

While I am not happy that James Gunn is undoing the current DC casting, especially only a few weeks after we got Henry Cavill back as Superman, I am confident his DCU will be very good. But the fact that he has such a good relationship with Kevin Feige makes me wonder if his hiring makes a Marvel/DC crossover film more likely (i.e. possible). It could be a co-production of Disney and WB with expenses and profits shared 50/50. I think that such a film would do Avengers Endgame type box office. I can't wait for them to take my money.

One of the reasons why studios are taking less risks with movies whether it be due to the rating system or it being a niche story is mainly due to streaming taking over the DVD market. Matt Damon did a great job explaining this issue on the his episode of Hot Ones from the youtube channel First We Feast.

So basically, what "the multiverse" offers is the artistic license to bypass the continuity demands of traditional sequels, prequels, and even reboots. Just pick a cast of name-brand characters, refurbish them into whatever variant flavors suit the script, and leave as much or little of the plot resolved at the end of each film to suit your marketing plans. No more need to worry about sequels, character arcs, or world-shattering events, as you can always ret-con ad infinitum.

"Howard the Duck" might be a good idea if the special effects folks can make a character that is believable on the screen as a part of a mostly-humanoid universe. The past versions, no matter how well the animators made Howard, still had him looking more like an animatronic add-on than a being that was actually living alongside of the other characters. Look at the difference between Rocket and Howard; it becomes very easy to see the problem faced by anyone trying to use this character in a live-action movie.

I am curious as to why Marvel has not even hinted at Stephen Strange's older brother Victor yet? Victor Strange became a Vampire while in suspended animation, at the hands of the then occult student Dr. Stephen Strange. In the comics he was a Midnight Son against Lilith the mother of Demons. He also played a major part of the story during the Vampiric verses run of Doctor Strange. 2 story lines already hinted at in the MCU.

Its a dystopian future where a lot of the heroes fell during a coordinated attack from villians like Magneto, Dr.Doom, Red Skull etc. We have to see these heroes grieve following a depressing time where they aren't seen as heroes no more. Idk I think it would be a really good live adaptation.

Nextwave is PRIME for an animated series that could lean mature, but wouldn't need to be explicitly R rated, especially since some of the great dark comedy uses creative censorship for cheap laughs. Perfect example? Captain @#!$. Which swear is canonically inserted there? I think Ellis specifically pulled some misdirection so that there isn't a real answer. Having part of a character's name fully censored so that the fandom fights over which swear his name actually is, is comedic on a few levels, while not explicitly saying said word keeps the rating down. I want an animated Nextwave so badly
