Wouldn`t step 3 (f.e.) lead to a decision making paradox since you need to decide how to rate the different criteria? Just thinking outside the box since this model requires completely rational thinking which in most cases (my example) isn`t practicable

I didnot understand how we make a relative comparison between criteria can you elaporate on that ?

Hisham Ghunaim Basically you're rating the criteria against another criteria. So if I'm rating cost against time I would determine which criteria is more important to me. Likewise, I would then rate time against the long-term solution. This forces me to select the criteria that is the most important to me and helps assign weights to criteria for decision making purposes. I hope this helps.
