I've been eating 80-10-10 for 21 years and it takes very little time for me - to peel a banana (2 seconds), to eat 7 bananas (5 minutes or less). I don't do recipes, I eat raw food as nature made it - a banana, an apple, a papaya , then I go out to the garden and pick a leaf or two of kale - This diet has greatly reduced my time eating and preparing food so I can spend my life doing other important things!

I'd like to know sometime, as a long term raw vegan, what Dr Graham's experience has been raising a raw vegan child 😊

He has lots of experience there! I know in the past he has only sung praises, no days sick, faster comparative learning, high levels of athleticism etc. Could be a fun dedicated video.🙌🏼

@@TheRawAdvantage YES!!!! PLEASE!!! That would be so amazing. I don't even have kids but I am very interested in that topic. WHAT IF. What if we were raised totally raw. And how are they able to maintain this in the HORRIBLE tempting environment we all live in.

@@jajajajaja357 they would have developmental issues. Any parent who does this to a child should be treated like they do in Belgium and prosecuted. Its child abuse.

Any diet that is lacking can result in poor development, that said a well planned raw vegan diet can supply all we need in an easy to digest form with less negative inputs. Dr Grahams daughter and others I know who are well educated on raw food not only are healthy but have developed faster than the average mentally, and slightly slower physically due to not taking in outside hormones, which is good for lower risk of developing degenerative diseases. Imho people feeding their kids a standard American diet are creating irreversible damage and addiction that is evident in the current state we are in.

I think another important factor is fruit quality. I used to not like bananas and rarely ate them in the beginning of my raw food journey. But once I learned how to find good ones and at which ripeness stage they taste the best to me I was able to eat up to 12 in one sitting no problem and pretty minimal time required for prep and feasting.

I was vegan for 10 years…whole-food, limited my cereal grain due to my body not tolerating them well. Even went raw a few times throughout. My oldest son was from a vegan pregnancy, and raised vegan for the 1st 5 years of his life. We are both O+ blood type. It wrecked our health…I have arthritis, stomach issues and mostly grey hair at age 31. My son has asthma, digestive problems and his teeth have demineralization issues. I’m now using animal fats and protein to help heal us both as best I can. I believe our ideologies can kill us. I’m not a troll just a concern human and mother. Research the famous vegans that deal with pancreatic and colon cancers. Look into regenerative agriculture and the wonderful impact it can have on the planet and our health!

I now have 2 daughters that were born from a pregnancy that was more animal based diet(lots of beef liver) and they are healthy with no issues and beautiful teeth.

First off, I’m really sorry to hear of the struggles you and your son have gone through. There are many ways to do a vegan and raw lifestyle, some that yield better results and some poor results, beyond this health is about a lot more than just diet. I am unsure what either of your diet and lifestyles were like but I know plenty of type O’s that are thriving and many who have reversed / vastly helped all of the conditions you mention, as well as extremely healthy vegan kids. It’s easy to pick a few examples of people that had issues and blame the diet, in my 14+ years of coaching experience when diet and lifestyle is looked through with a fine toothed comb there are things that are clear to me, or in some cases even more experienced colleagues, that bring balance and great results. I’ve researched and helped people with both challenges and successes to get the full picture, this is why I do what I do🙏🏼

@@TheRawAdvantage these experiences are very common. There is no one-size-fits all when it comes to diets. We are not all made the same. It is not kind to suggest that what works for one works for another. There are many many ex-vegans for a reason.
@TheRawAdvantage
@TheRawAdvantage 11 ай бұрын
@@Jo-ys4bp Ill admit I see it in a different way, we are all way way way more similar than different. While we have differences in terms of where we are in our lifestyle, personal histories and some genetic traits, we are still, like every other being on the planet, best served by our species specific diet which is made up of fruits and veggies. To me the "everyone is different" model is more about preferences and missing the bigger picture. From my 14+ years of coaching the main cause of x vegans is due to using poor information, poor application and or other diet and lifestyle factors that haven't been considered, balanced and applied, rather than an actual need to eat animal products.
@Jo-ys4bp
@Jo-ys4bp 11 ай бұрын
@@TheRawAdvantage "you did it wrong" - yes I've heard this a lot, and many ex-vegans will tell you they did their research and it still did not work for them. Genetics probably plays a big part in this. Please do not think that there is one way in life, there is not. What works for one does not work for another. This is how it is. It is very arrogant to suggest that your way is the only way.

I want to know if the people that are full after 2 bananas (that are not filling at all) also declare to be sooo full after eating ONLY a McDonalds burger which is like eating air.
