I love the improvements. Slowly setting some cash aside for an Expedition in the near future. I would love to see the rear most frame rail extend farther out to the sides. The fenders could then attach to that rail and either be isolated from the sides of the trailer or possibly be secured with Riv nuts as well. The angled diamond plate step section that goes from just in front of the tires to the interior door could also be relaced with a square tube section to act as a slider as well as a front attachement point for the fenders and have a flat diamond plate top section for a finished look. This would give better protection as well as provide a sturdy mount for the fenders and possibly eliminate any need to mount to the outer skin of the trailer.

Nice walkthrough. I would be concerned about the inverter dual fan noise or hum while sleeping. is it an issue?

Not at all! It is beyond an insulated wall. We do not hear it at all while sleeping.

From their website: Q: At what point do you need to winterize the water system in order to prevent it from freezing? A: Anytime you know the temperatures are going to be below 32f/0c for more than 1 hour. Q: Are the trailers insulated? A: Yes. We utilize CNC cut closed-cell rigid foam (R-10) for 4-season useability.

What @freighter1097 said. The cabin is insulated, and when paired with the optional furnace, you can sleep in it in -40, but you will have to winterize the water system.

I think making the water system functional in the freezing temps would be necessary for me. Thats most the reason I wanted one was off road yet could camp in the nasty weather but not camping without water
