I wish i caught you live. I had a upload once mediating on the Cain and Abel story . Truth is within the name itself; Cain is duality; Can I? (Or I Can ); I hidden in between C-a-n( "box") . I love your comment. Another perspective is in Spanish, “can and able” are both used to define the infinitive/verb “Poder” which also means power in English. An example of the conflation between the two words is when a child asks her parent, “can I go to ____?”. However, the child could also ask am I able to go to ____” Both words can be used to question one’s capability to do/to accomplish. Another interesting aspect is both words share meaning with the word “might”. One’s power and might refers to one’s ability. However, might is also used to express unCertAINty as well as possIBILity. E.g. “I might (not) be able to…”. Cain & Abel symbolically reflect confusion and certainty which mirrors the insights you have provided. Confusion & disbelief walking hand-in-hand is a continuation of the Garden story.

You know what makes this even right on sync ? I was telling my coworkers what makes Mufasa/Scar such a good movie ontop of many symbolic things it is the store of Cain & Abel. The story of our shadow and darkness, the one who gets the praise the one who has to plot in the back and wait on our downfall aka a way to manipulate one’s offspring.
