And even then, Ganzir still stood for WEEKS after the foundation cracked it. And even then, the GOC still fought after losing Ganzir, and actually still put up one hell of a fight. The GOC isnt just badass, theyre possibly the only group actually STRONGER conventionally than the foundation. Add in the UIU, members of the serpents hand and church of the broken god, and possibly even the CI, and the foundation was losing. Badly. Only after they took down Ganzir and severely weakened the GOC were they even close to being able to win.

@@idcgaming518 in my opinion. The GOC is definitely the strongest GOI. The foundations powerhouse Nu-7 IS BATTALION SIZED. The CI only stands a chance due to their Guerilla tactics and the Serpents hand only gets the advantage on the GOC is because the GOC can only send one agent into their HQ at a time. The foundations superweapon was the only way they could ever have a chance at beating the GOC.

One little difference, perhaps as small as an atom, or even sub-atomic particle, being in a different place for the creation of the superweapon, or even just one more high-up foundation member refusing (something that happened with a lot of higher-ups), and the superweapon would have never happened. One successful assassination, too, would have saved Ganzir. The foundation literally had all the possible advantages on their side - surprise, the anomalies, luck itself at times, and yet... they still only barely took Ganzir, and never actually truly overpowered the GOC, church of the broken god, CI, UIU or serpents hand, all of whom maintained a sizable presence, and somewhat united front against the remnants of the foundation. It is entirely possible that, had the fighting continued, the GOC would have pushed the foundation out and defeated it. Maybe not fully, maybe a couple secret sites might remain, but the foundation would have been completely shattered, with the GOC being weakened, but having enough pieces and allies left to potentially rebuild a (significantly weaker) equivalent to Ganzir.

@@Dadwar_Dev The funny thing is that the GOC are pro-anomalous, as they're composed of 108 anomalous groups around the globe, mostly being anomalous governments of countries. They'll only kill anomalies that are actually a threat to life and normalcy, as a matter of fact, they were founded in WW2 when the Axis were using anomalies to win the war, the allied forces' anomalous GOI counter parts banded up to form the "Allied Occult Initiative" to stop the Axis and win the war. Should it also be mentioned the Foundation is known to use propaganda to antagonize the GOC and make them look like idiots who don't know what they're doing. SCP-1609 and SCP-1522 are good examples of those. SCP-1609 for starters is a document of why the Foundation "doesn't kill", as it can lead to the anomaly being a bigger threat. Their view is that the GOC threw a harmless anomlous chair into a woodchipper to "destroy it", causing 1609 to become hostile to any GOC personnel and armed personnel. While the truth is that the chair is the 6th furniture made by an anomalous carpenter who was breaking the normalcy law of the GOC. Both the carpenter and the 5 furniture were terminated, all 5 objects were burned without incident. When the incinerator broke down, all personnel assigned to the matter were told to wait before continuing the termination, but one was too impatient and broke protocol to throw it to a woodchipper, which turned it to an actual threat to life. Now troops are handed incendiary weaponry to dispose of it when sighted. The SCP-1609 file is also confirmed as Foundation propaganda by the author of it. The SCP-1522 file are 2 sentient boats, one was blown up by the GOC "unjustly", the other self-terminated. The file of the GOC of the boats were that these 2 were getting several reports of "Ghost Ships". So the GOC sent a gunship to destroy the 2, one was destroyed, the other rammed itself at hyper sonic speed to the gunship, destroying itself and the gunship. Keep in mind that the boats were in Foundation surveillance and tasked with getting civilians away from them, but failed as the boats shouldn't have been seen by several civilian sailors.

How they raid usually goes like this: A Assessment Team is sent to recon the area, mark strategic points and targets, then once they exfil or get somewhere safe, they will deploy the appropriate Strike Team. OR if the situation is dire, send ST-9999 "Max Damage" With two or more U-HEC III's with either Strike Team 4325 "Thronebearers" or a different strike team, or an allied GOI from the 108 and expanded.

Yep. One of em was LTE-2712-Bosch, where both the GOC and the Foundation worked together. LTE-2712-Bosch was a large scale entity that came from another dimension. A joint task force of SCP and GOC were created to handle the situation. They were able to handle it, but they learned of something bigger. An UTE (Unknown Threat Entity) was in the otherside of the dimensional rift.

@@Negonkey to be more specific, it should be something based off of other peacekeeping forces, like UNPROFOR, and whatnot. or alternatively, completely seperate from the peacekeepers, and be a different department of the UN, take for example: unicef. in that case, something like UNARU "UN Anomalous Research Unit", UNGP "UN Global Protection" or something like that. Personally I like the peacekeeping force idea.

Not sure what you meant by that (you can just write in your language, we can translate it), but Broken Dagger is not a super soldier. They are just a global-rapid-response Strike Team based in Ireland, and that ISN’T even one of the most elite PHYSICS teams the GOC has. They don’t interfere with SCPF’s business most of the time unless things get out of hand and cannot be handled by the SCPF or information leaks like Site-26’s incident.
