Random fact: The dude who voice acted alex's brother is also the voice actor for delsin's brother in infamous second son, and delsin is also voiced by troy baker and in infamous second son, delsin's brother dies too, only diffrence is that delsin's brother dies at the near end unlike the crew

nothing beats cruising in your old american muscle car around las vegas and the salt lake, listening to Do I Wanna Know by Arctic monkeys...... it's just a different vibe, so unique..

it took me months to finish the story of the crew, mainly because I spent most of the time cruising and doing road trips (from La to New York, or from Detroit to Miami then to Las Vegas), the world is full of Easter eggs, there is big foot in the game, and many unique roads, for example I found a road that goes through a very wide big tree, I also found a junkyard of planes.

There is actually a channel that organizes a fight with ubisoft to save this game. It is quite big already and we will start the action mainly in europe and australia, after the servers close. The channel is called Accursed Farms. Check the newest the crew video as every person will be helpful. (especially if you live in france and have proof of purchase, either on steam or ubi store)

I hate online only games with a burning passion. I remember being excited for Evil Dead The Game when they announced single player gameplay, but completely lost interest when they revealed it was online only.

Tc2 story is trash compared to tc1, and tcm is basically tc2 dlc so nothing of value lost if it gets shut down anyways

I messed up a couple years ago, and accidentally deleted my old email before moving everything to the new one. I was gonna get ahold of the companies and straighten it out (like I did Rockstar), but nah. I'm done. Any game tied to anything other than Steam I am boycotting. And it's crap like this. I went from being upset to absolutely not caring. From now on, I'm just sticking to retro games and retro inspired indie games. I am done with this AAA bullshit and all their DRM and stupid accounts. The old days, you bought a game, you played it. Didn't need patches. Didn't need the Internet. Didn't need 500 different accounts and a million clients. Just the game, the console, and a TV. I have grown to absolutely loathe modern gaming.

I couldn't agree more, I hope there is a big push in sales for GT Sport still, so that Sony (and other companies) see that patching online to offline is good for loyal customers, and a great and cheap alternative for new ones, i.e.: can't afford GT7 yet? Gonna buy GT Sports for now. Awesome video as usual, keep em coming!

Didn't the game degrade as the updates came and went? I remember ambulances driving around with their sirens on and can't see em around anymore.

my fav part of this game was choosing the longest race (around 1 and half an hour) and drive through the entire map with my friend. The LaFerrari and Koenigsegg Agera R were my fav, I redownload from time to time and just driving through the big ass map. Great game

And if the game wasn't packed enough with stuff already the Wild Run and Calling All Units expansions added even more stuff which brought me great joy. Especially with converting a Fiat 500 into a monster truck.

their would be two instances that when playing this game i would recreate the NFS the RUN sprint from SF to NYC in 2 to 3 in game days from being chased by west coast police to east coast state troopers and the adventures through the US was a wonderful ride through the beauty of the environment and elements around you as you witness new landmarks and activities along the way, this was my middle school years right here, sad to see it go. but it was never about the destination,it was the journey.

Thanks for covering this game! I'm glad I bought the Xbox "ultimate edition" from eBay two years ago and was able to play thru it before it's gone x.x All the content was on the disc itself, a true rarity! ^^ I always played it solo but it was fun to explore the map and find all the landmarks. I thought the tunnel sounds were especially good!

hey yo, sad i missed this one got to sell my xbox, after breaking my 20 plus year run with sony played thru forza horizon thanks to you, quite liked it even tho i typically dont like open world or more arcade to sim ratio'd racers hate forza motorsport, plays awful on controller, quite love assetto corsa competizione, actually pretty great on controller, not amazing ai, but at least they are fast cant wait to get ps5 and sell xbox and just get the old xbox to play my 360 discs i got for the series x, thank you backwards compatibility !!! cannot wait to play gt7 just for the sophy ai alone, and i love the handling in gt sport sooo much thank you for another great great video, i so appreciate your hard work and high effort, may the algorithm shine upon the, my friend !!!!

I understand servers need to shut down after a while, but refusing to publish the already-existing offline mode and make the entire game unplayable is too much. No more Ubisoft purchases until this is made right. Hopefully the community comes through like they did with Test Drive Unlimited.

Knowing that ivory was partially made from eden games, and seeing the huge map and that insane trailer this game had, i instantly bought this game the moment it came out. and was kind of disappointed as i'm a tdu fan but, this game is genuinely good. Honestly it has 3 major setbacks only that dissapointed me when i was a kid and first got it - Physics, car list and story. I liked the story, but it could've been so much better. police implementation could've also been so much more fun but that i dont blame them for it was their first big game as a studio under horrid ubisoft. I can blame them for the other two though. the physics are just junky and so disappointing to me. so tiring. i want to drive through this entire map 20 times over but i just got so tired of the physics. not fun to cruise, barely acceptable to race with. I'll give them this - the multiplayer was really fun. i loved the minigames, i loved racing in multiplayer, it was honestly so solid and i spent most of my time there. regardless, this was a good game that couldve been so much more i believe. I hope they end up making an offline version accesible, or at least for there to be a cracked version or a file that unlocks it. I'd love to revisit this game sometime.

I played this game for the first time and finished it 15 days ago, and despite that, It made me feel nostalgic, it had the exploration and graphics of test drive unlimited 2 with the nfs mw 2012 filter and driver san fransisco ish story, it just took me back to the days when racing games were original and fun. Glad i played it before it's gone forever, it will be missed. 🫡
