Luna is such a cutie pie!☺️ being a flight attendant is hard and u get to see a lot of things! New places to explore meeting new people! Learning new languages like French Dutch Spanish Korean Japanese Chinese and creole all these languages are a one of a kind! They have their own reason when they were making the Tower of Babel God didn’t want that so he confused their languages if we didn’t have those languages we wouldn’t have any languages to learn or speak. Learning new things is a very good thing! :)

All crew should be given a large locker to store their personal luggages in preparation for at-airport standby. Hauling both winter and summer clothes not knowing where you are flying to back and forth from home to airport is crazy!

I got a good laugh out of the "Minute Suites" at DFW. From the 1960's into the 1970's, DCA had two "AIRWAYTE" minii-hotels in the parking lot, near what used to be called the "North Terminall" They were pedestal mounted and about the same width as a single-wide mobile home. Like "Minute Suites", they rented by the hour. They were quite heavily used. But, I'm sure you're wondering about "layovers" at DCA? Well... Let's just say that they were a convenient alternative to the "no-tell motels" that were in the area. (One, the "Pentagon Motel", used to advertise in the adult movie listings of the D.C. papers!) The "AIRWAYTES" vanished frfom DCA in the mid-late 1970's Being local, I never needed them. But, they made for good conversation!

If you need a quick hit of protein or a quick snack, and really like peanut butter, I learned only the hospital to eat peanut butter with a spoon. The nurse had me do this 20 minutes before I went on nothing by food or mouth protocols. It kept me not hungry until after my surgery and it was easy on my stomach. I have kept this up after I left the hospital. I have an emergency peanut butter in my purse, just in case my blood sugar drops or I need an energy boost.
