Love mine. It has that g look but isn't super bulky. I much prefer smaller modules and this one is just about perfect with a strap change. I was going to get a similar looking g with the negative display but after trying it on it just looked silly on my wrist. And I have fairly muscular forearms and it still looked kinda dumb. And it was 125$, so this guy was a no brainer and I have been very happy with it.

I literally just bought one today. I'm a big fan of the G-Shock but don't like the recessed buttons. I get it that they are all part of the G-Shock concept and can live with it if I'm wearing one when I'm going to knock a watch about, and in my job I do. But the rest of the time I want a watch where the buttons are easy to use, and this is that watch. $20 at Walmart.

Does yours have a slightly metallic green tint to the case? I have the all-black version and I like wearing it more than my real square G (GW-M5610) because the buttons are MUCH easier to operate.

Why?isn’t a sold square resin case and stap in the colour of your. Choose and l. would check out the all black neg display model all the information REALLY need large TIME display 100mtrs WR 10Year battery in America all for less than $20 this watch can take anything you could throw at it we love g shocks but very few of us ACTUALLY need them grab it and run!!!!!

@@robynlhatetheelitesstridel5395 yep I agree. 3 years of farming and landscape. I’ve given mine an unbelievable beating. I’m also a Gshock owner but would never wear one when this is as good and much more comfortable on wrist when using chain saw. I mean, I have Gshock but i feel most people are larping as adventure men or working class. It’s not needed.

They're pretty good. You can do a little work on them and unlock the cdt, but don't go banging them or pressing their buttons underwater. They can't take much abuse.

What’s your experience with quality because I’ve had the opposite experience with this watch. 3 years farming and it’s still going strong. Have swam a lot in the ocean with it but don’t think I’ve ever pressed buttons or would need to underwater

The case is very durable but i’m assuming over many years it may wear down over time.

it's missing a countdown timer, my favorite feature of a digital watch.

I think you can get that feature by taking off some soldering. Look up some KZbin videos on how to do it.

I just knocked the solder off with a small flat head screw driver and walla! Count down timer ⏱

you are right, it’s a very reasonable size. This is smaller however so if someone wants even smaller then the 5600, for a cheaper price, this is a great choice!
