very informative, however in regard to the water bill and high efficiency homes, I notice the couple of builders spec homes we visited DID NOT have dual flush (water saving) toilets which in a supposedly sustainable village, I find quite perplexing that it is not a minimum must have requirement for ALL builders to install water efficient toilets?

I think the most wild part about it is even with CDD fee, HOA, Property Taxes, I'd still be paying half as much as in Chicago 🤣. Also completely agree about Zillow, 99 % of people won't get the 100 percent stock homes so its pretty misleading lol
