No I think Al didn’t play with Funky the way he did with Claudia or Armon. But Funky realized that Claudia and Al were fighting. He chose to stay out of it and get his check! That’s what he tried to school Armon on. Is stay out the BS with Al and Claudia just get the bag! Then Joyce the boss wasn’t strong enough to check Al, Claudia and whoever else. A good boss would have shut it all down with all of them. But Funky isn’t taking Al side. He knew that Claudia and Al were beefing. But Claudia, something happened with Funky and Claudia. Funky saw something that he is not divulging about Claudia. But he did say Claudia didn’t want to work with Armon at all. Al did. Tarsha K also showed messages that Claudia didn’t want to work with anymore gay men. So there is a lot more to it. There is enough blame to go around.

It was pretty evident that Al was in his feelings. He was taking some stands that felt flat, uneccessary and just to go against Claudia. Difference of opinion is a great thing but when you start the ego, power, selfish and vindictive approach, that's it. He knew that Q and Claudia brought more than him but he seems to have that (you with me or against me attitude, if can't have it nobody else would) in common with Nene. It's a destructive approach for life in general. Put that energy in doing something productive for yourself because you are actually hurting yourself and the decision makers watch these shows and see through it. Once you get rightfully labeled as difficult to work with, it's a death trap in any business, never mind the entertainment one especially for black folks.

And a person is going to always show you who they are. I’m neutral about Funky/Q, I think he was great on the show…but this inflation of his numbers and $$$ tells me what went down. He already said he don’t like to work, 250k for 4-8 hrs of work a week-unless you’re a millionaire, nobody is walking away from that. I think he jumped out there, thinking/hoping his cast-mates might too, but they didn’t so they gave him a short term contract. Trust me if they wanted to keep him they would have. I think they began to see him as a liability. I mean, it’s a popular show but it’s digital only (not on tv) and they’re paying you 250k for a VERY limited amount of work. Now you can leave, but that’s a solid deal. He wanted TV exposure and TV money, and that’s not the direction they were taking the show so they let him leave.

Everything Q said about the show ending I totally agree with. The whole show fell of after he left. The balance was off. They DID have lightning in a bottle. There was a gap in the industry… for me I wasn’t there only because of funky. I really liked the dynamic and the stuff they covered. So basically, Funky Dineva lied the entire interview to protect his friend Al. He used Armon Wiggins as a fall guy. When the receipts prove that Al was playing both sides of the fence pretending to be friends with Claudia and talking shit about Armon, and then turning around and talking shit about Claudia to Armon. The show was toxic and headed downhill towards the end when Armon was asked to join. He was not paid as much as Claudia, Al, and Funky were paid. And yet Funky wants to sit there and say Armon needs to grow up. And on another note, what type of "friend" sets you up like this the way Carlos has set up Funky. Setting him up to spill the beans on people who are suppose to be his friends and in the end making him look bad because after this interview, Armon has made a strong response video where he shows his receipts to prove Funky is lying about everything.
