Yeah, it would be really fake to pretend he is not successful. He obviously is. He just does a good job keeping himself and his content grounded. It keeps his stuff fun and interesting, and because of that people will not begrudge him his success. The product is good, he is not trying to scam anyone, and he has not lost sight of what his audience wants. The contrast between his content and a lot of the "look how rich I am" creators is pretty stark.
