I really respect this decision. I can only imagine how difficult it was. As an early listener of the pod, the original format was really really special. The other day I realized I haven’t listened for quite a while and was sad about it but realize it’s because things had changed. Always good to take a break and reflect on what’s working and what’s not working and focus on other parts of life but I think we’d all agree less of you is better than none of you. If they removed the roles they don't need to do, the weight of doing what only they can accomplish would be much lighter.
