I do appreciate what you've brought to the podcast circle, and I empathize with deciding what's best for your relationships over the show, and your relationship With the show. It's been a great run, and I'd love for it to keep going, but I love this more for you. It's definitely a lesson to us, all, in terms of deeply thinking about finding the priorities that mean more to your present and future
@kheanuramirez804410 ай бұрын
I really respect this decision. I can only imagine how difficult it was. As an early listener of the pod, the original format was really really special. The other day I realized I haven’t listened for quite a while and was sad about it but realize it’s because things had changed. Being able to admit to the struggles of maintaining that and honoring your family in this decision is really admirable. Always a fan and will continue to follow your journey 🫶🏽

I get what you mean but also very sad 😢 you’re my top listened to podcast! You do what’s best for you!! Always good to take a break and reflect on what’s working and what’s not working and focus on other parts of life but I think we’d all agree less of you is better than none of you. As amazing as the videos are and I’ve found they do change the essence of it (seeing body language for example), I didn’t know you had a video version for the longest time and I loved just listening. There’s no one I know that’s so honest and authentic and brings that out of a topic or guest and brings out what I don’t think anyone else can. I liveeeeee for it please don’t abandon us for good!! Enjoy your hiatus 🎉 love from Australia

Random note but Shan please know I have been inspired with your openness and honesty about your life and different decisions you have made with us watching. I hope this time helps you since maternal health is definitely the worst it can be here compared to globally. Random side note I wanted to add: I read and love all your books so I am always down for more content of any sort of yours so…yeh. Good for you for being a creative and entrepreneur. You create content based on what's authentic and relative to you at the time, AND you know when each season has its ending. There is NO SHAME in closing a creative chapter; we cannot force ourselves to do anything in life that our hearts cannot sustain. Create your work and set it free to be enjoyed by the masses 🩷 you are incredible, and you should be proud that you are listening to your heart and doing what's best for you and your family xxx

@@Drawingboredi I agree, they are. Just know they were really proud of the empire they were building and when they made $1M so I'm curious why they wouldn't keep that going like most organisations. If they removed the roles they don't need to do, the weight of doing what only they can accomplish would be much lighter. But again I don't know why they're making this choice as opposed to ones many other entrepreneurs do
