My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to take risks. Saving is great but taking risks puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

Having a boss that yells and threatens his/her employees is what makes people not want to go to work, it's not the job itself that people hate. It's the leadership

The main point to this narrative is being missed Leila. You work as hard as you work because you have the passion to help other people achieve their goals and aspirations. Hence, find out what inspires and motivates the person so when they work it translates to achievement in the aspirations and goals inspired to hit.

It's not that people don't want to work. It's that people understand working is has become a futile enterprise. We want pensions back instead of 401k's. We want a since of Job security instead of feeling like we could loose our job at any time. We want back paid lunch. We want our insurance companies to honor our coverage without raising our rates. We want a positive working environment instead of dealing with phycopathic abusive bosses. We want to be able to take p.t.o. without risking a future promotion. Work is fucked up right now and it's not the workers fault. So when people say screw it and go Uber full time, or walk away from a corporate job for something fun like becoming a bartender, or sell everything they have and walk away and pursue the life a beach bum I really get it. Life is to short to be constantly stressed and miserable.

Workaholics who enjoy work should be allowed to work as much as they want. For the 99 percent of us who aren’t workaholics we just want a job that can sustain us and our families without going beyond 40 hours a week

The real reason most young people don't want to work is because of the technology of smartphones and the legal tender laws that allow inflation to exist. I can prove it to you. You're going to be interviewing me one day. I am a master student of Merrill Jenkins. The young people intuitively know something is wrong with the cost of living but don't know why and can't explain it. That which we use AS money has a lifespan mathematically and is going to end soon.

This is so true. Loving what I do makes me want to work more and around the clock! I absolutely love that feeling of being in the flow. My business makes me happy and some people may think “why do you work so much?” Because I love it! I want to learn and continue to grow.
