She is not disabled at all.She only have access to physical flapping but not astro flapping.That is because a Pegasi Earth pony couple would increase chances of physical flapping and deny astro flapping because of one's attachment to ground but other's attachment to the sky.The 2 different attachments can confuse astro flapping like you were confused by your Asian mom's math lessons and then your ass beaten.😎 OK that was the joke path let's continue, The 2 different attachments can confuse astro flapping so when it gets more confused,the harder it is for the power to focuse of flying. The only part that is disabled of her is the fact that she has dwarfs wings. Dwarf wings are a symptom in 1.2% of pegasi.Since the adult pony weight is too much for dwarf wings to handle,they can't lift scootaloo and cause her to not fly. Sadly,dwarf wings have no way to grow.Why?Well...I'm still studying on her and I don't know yet.

Well in the mature series called helljumpers made by straighttothepointstudios scootaloo has a rare unicorn disorder called horn block in her wings which prevents her wings from growing to the full size that they would need to be in order for her to fly so sawtooth waves actually was on the right track all along. We know, that's why it's fantastic that someone else reuploaded it. We can enjoy Sawtooth's content without supporting him financially. I have a strong belief in "love the art, not the artist" that's why I like Space Jam 2 (only a bit, but still), yet don't like LeBron James that much. Or why I don't bat an eye when people hate Michael Jackson despite loving his music. These are fantastic videos, and I believe people should still be able to see them, despite whatever Sawtooth did. He did a horrible thing to an innocent child, but we can still enjoy the content he produced without directly supporting him.

There is an episode where Twilight uses a spell to give Rarity magic wings but then finds an easier spell to give her, Pinkie, and Applejack the ability to walk on clouds. This would suggest that they are different magics that usually come together but not necessarily.

The theory Pegasi have hollow bones it's not disclosed, as they are hollow on the inside and cannot be shown as hallow by an X-Ray, and maybe that's why the pegasi from that one episode(where RD had to choose a side for a big race or smth) believe she broke basically every limb imaginable so easily, because they have hollow bones

When you have a character accept something as impossible after clearly establishing that it actually IS possible, the net message is "If you encounter an obstacle to your dreams, give up without trying to find a workaround". I'm pretty sure that's not what the message we want to be sending. b. The one time in all of canon that we saw Scootaloo accepting her limitations and finding a career which would make good use of her talents, we got the message that that was a BAD thing (referring, of course, to "The Washouts".

I always saw it that every pony is born with magic. Earth pony’s are born with magic to make them stronger. Unicorns with magic to help their horns work and Pegasus are born with flight magic. I think because scootaloos parents traveled a lot. That maybe when scootaloo was an infant her parents took her with them on an adventure they thought was safe. And in doing so some creature took scootaloos flight magic. Leaving her disabled

Even if she started doing wing exercises or well pony physical therapy (lmao) She probably still wouldn’t be able to fly due to confidence issues in an episode rainbow dash says a Pegasus needs confidence to fly and we can CLEARLY tell that’s what scootaloo lacks. With her parents being away all the time they probably didn’t teach her to fly so her wings never developed fully. And I’m sure she got bullied for it. Flutter shy got bullied for being bad at flying. This could also be a reason why she looks up to rainbow dash so much. Rainbow dash is confident and a good flyer and sadly confidence cannot be taught it’s something you have to do yourself (it’s like being shy. Most people never get over being shy and are constantly having to break a mental block to be more out spoken)

if that was the solution she probably just could have been put into classes or gone to any of the pegasi in town for help, also fluttershy was even less confident that scootaloo and still can fly so i personally feel confidence is needed in more of a mental way not a physical way to fly

@@BrownAutumnSeal scootaloo starts flying more often after being around rainbow dash, she doesn’t fly fully but she starts doing more sit stunts. Fluttershy is shy, her parents probably gave her enough confidence for her to fly around but her meeting the woodland creatures helped her gain more confidence and become a stronger flyer. Then in the episode where they have to make a tornado fluttershy becomes an even stronger flyer after getting over the mental block from being teased when she was younger.

well heres my theory. when rarity lost her mane twilight said it cant just come from nowhere this is probably the same with wing magic. scootaloos wing magic was probably saved for that new earth pony princess ( i dont remember her name ) so its probably the same magic from scootaloo that was used for the alicorn earth pony.

I’m pretty sure that everyone who cares about Scoot has wondered it at some point. My standpoint today is that she simply doesn’t have enough pegasus magic to fly, like how some unicorn fillys struggle more with spells than others. Because it can’t be explained by age (Flurry Heart) or wing size (Bulk Bizeps). Simple as that lol

I searched on Google.. Her wings just don't work that way. They do work in some ways, just not like a normal Pegasus wing. she can occasionally use them to hover for a moment and she can propel herself forward on her scooter, but they never let her fly. She was presumably born like that
