This video is not targeting a single pilot, its just pointing out that the SR22 And SR20 ar being used wrong... Also Im not dissing Cirrus Because this is a great plane still!

Disclaimer** I have only flown a Cirrus once and I thumbed through the checklist and EPs, so I am not an expert by any means and what follows is my opinion... The issue I see with the SR22 is that it reduces the complexity of dealing with an emergency and gives pilots a way out if there is a catastrophic failure, or a pilot error which leads to an emergency. I mean why not, if its available, and you are in an emergency situation, and within the envelope, then pull it. If this fits your style as a pilot, then the SR22 is your aircraft. If chutes aren't your thing fly a DA-50 RG or a DA-40 where the EPs are a bit more complicated. The real underlying issue I see is that an SR22 is a high performance aircraft and many pilots jump from a 172 into this beast. Combine extra performance with all of the cognitive biases we have as pilots, and it becomes very easy to get behind the aircraft or into situations we shouldn't. So I would say that all of your critiques are actually critiques of the pilots themselves, not the airframe. I think the comparison to the jet is valid and it points out the underlying cause which is experience.
