I recall when I was stationed in England with the AF in the 80's, really craving a waffle house waffle and hashbrowns. The only thing they had was "Happy Eater" which was kinda like a Denny's, but no American style waffles.

In Wisconsin our equivalent of the waffle house in South Eastern Wisconsin is George Webbs. Open 23 hours and 59 minutes daily (back in the day the local government prohibited establishments from being open 24/7). Great food buy Waffle House here would be a big attraction!

I 💙 Waffle house!! But I hate they charge 10% for to go order's!! Their ultimate breakfast menu item is amazing! They have went up on their menu prices as well! Sign up 4 coupon rewards online to get a great idea! They offer senor discounts also but you gotta mention it to receive it (Tip)!!

Just recently got raised to a 20% charge. I work at waffle house. We don't offer a senor discount either, only military.

Also to be clear, the first 10% is for servers who call in, bag and prepare your food because when yall order to go orders most of yall don't tip. This 10% charge is added up at the end of our shift and is added to our weekly check(we only make like 2 dollars an hour as servers), the extra 10% they just added is for the cost of "to go supplies" and goes to waffle house.

Been at 1836 for 7yrs and I will say it is a family oriented kinda place everyone is welcome and 3rd shift ROCKS! But we only have 2 menus a limited and a power outage. It is easy for no power everything is whole dollars no change no problem ❤️👍🧇🧇🍵☕
