The REAL reason why Godzilla floats in Godzilla: King of the Monsters

I loved Landry Miller's explanation on why Godzilla is floating, or rather, what Godzilla is standing on. However, there were some holes I could pick on, so I opted for a better explanation, using real world science to explain this phenomenon.
