It's funny how "social media" is the downfall of our social society.

This probs the best video you ever made, I had the same realisation too. Imagine how people felt in the past like 100 years ago - no phones, no artificial entertainment or technology. People truly lived in the moment back then and truly experienced life for what it was which I admire. I heard that if you're on social media for 3 hours a day for the rest of your life, you woulda taken 9 years off your life just being on social media like is that not crazy?

I need deep help my screen time is like 13hrs a day
@slide631428 күн бұрын
@@AliAli-zh2rl With a screen time that high, you clearly ain't got any goals or you clearly ain't working towards anything and you're way too comfortable. You gotta sit down and think about what you want in life, what you want to achieve and set yourself long term goals and plan your days with little daily goals that will help you reach to that ultimate goal you set yourself. Try be an all rounded person in terms of have a source of income, eat well and be healthy, go gym and be active, have a social life. And when you do go outside don't wear airpods and experience life what what it really is and don't be on your phone as much when you're outside. You can improve little by little

3 things that worked for me to make my life better: 1. I blocked out all distractions. 2. I read books on Nixorus. 3. I stayed consistent no matter what.

It’s crazy that nobody mentions the book Uncommon Paths to Wealth from Cryptic Lore. It’s easily one of the most practical reads for anyone looking to grow financially
@marcus4646Ай бұрын
I got thru all of HS and after graduation a year ago (I'm currently 19) I felt so lost and my vision to look forward or progress in life has depreciated. I've been feeling this dullness since my the start if my teenage hood but covid worsened it. I went downhill more when short-form content started to raise in popularity. I'm glad you made this video Austin, I resonated with everything you said here (school, my current environment, the gym being stale, and life overall).

The fact that books like Uncommon Paths to Wealth, Magnet for Women, and You Are Stronger Than You Think from Cryptic Lore aren’t being talked about more is beyond me. They’re filled with practical and actionable advice

Exceptional advice right here. Small improvements/goals in daily life in fitness, skills, and experiences will solve 90% of our problems.
