Same stuff is happening to me right now. I told her not to ever go visit her ex, a week after that, she broke up with me and blocked me before i got a chance to even read the break-up text. Why the blocking tho??😂 I went no contact for a few days, respected myself enough not to get around the block, now all of a surden her mom who has never chatted me before, has said hi. Am not even sure if it's the mom or she used her mom's whatsap to chat me.

yo, i have a lot of issues dating people, don`t like it anymore, last relationship i had was basically this, she was just tryin to forget that guy while i was her support, literally she told me nothing, she broke up with me (blaming me) and a couple days after that she was already super in love with him, makin calls, tellin me about her relationship. Just broke that cycle a while ago, she knew i always be by her side no matter what, at the end i guess it`s just the way things were meant to be, she usually texted me to help her when she felt sad or sht like that, now i`m just focused on healin myself but i still feel like a fool. We don't have control over who we're attracted to. A lot of people are attracted to people even if they're abusive. And they might have a unique bond with that ex that will never go away. If she has kids with thr ex, then he'll likely always be in the picture, and they will share a bond that you'll probably never have with her. And more simply, he attracted her once, and he can probably attract her again.

I was with my ex for 9 months I was getting over a short break up she was getting over a year break up with ex. I fell in love with her and I believe that she fell in love with me but there was a lot of arguments and she was very dry. broke up with her two times in the beginning and she came back. this time looks like it was permanent she broke up with me in September over a stupid argument. she oppose everything I said it was very difficult being with her very hard headed. I grew close to her and her son . She ended up going back with her ex after the final final fight we had. She use to ask for space a lot after arguing.

My fear is for growing old and don't start a family, she left me after 7 years.. I think about growing old and not having someone to trust, is not a thought that i think too much about it but, sometimes I do, sometimes i look at my life, at my 30 years old and am too severe to myself. I started to think about having value, that to be a men is to not have value for who you are, but for what you can offer....that is why I studied so much, to offer more.. After pandemic, i started to think in a new way, a more calm, more in peace with myself. My gf left her narc ex after he cheated for the 3rd time. He’s a heavy drinker, doesn’t like to work, can’t drive because he owes 64k in child support he’s been dodging, and has hit her twice. I was friends with her for 20 yrs. Longer than she knew him by 16 yrs. We went out after she broke it off but once she found out he was struggling she contacted him and they started talking. During that time she got confused about her feelings for me and says she still feels love for him. She says he’s a very bad choice and she knows he’s messed up but she can save him if he only leaves his current girl and goes back to her. I’m stuck gathering cash to move and we are cordial to each other and the funny thing is that I have been checking their messages and he’s gaslighting her all over again and now making demands of how things will go once he moves back in. The entire family she has is pissed beyond words since he stole a bunch of stuff of hers and her brothers and never paid a dime to her the last 2 Months he was there packing to move. I’m lost and have no clue what to do. She says she loves me but is confused as what to do as I believe she is trauma bonded to him in a sense. Something bad happened where she was homeless with child and he helped her in the beginning so she feels she owes him her everything. Should I leave, stay, what? And did I really lose an age old friend too?
