Lol I'm kind of the opposite. I have a lot of backlog because I saw that the games that I have pirated before and enjoyed when I was a broke college student were finally on sale on Steam so I bought them thinking, "This game was so good so I want to play it again," but since I have already finished them before, I don't get morivated to play them and instead I play the newer games I bought. Of course there are exceptions but they are very few. I really should stop buying games I have already played before. It really makes me wonder how so many players are able to spend thousands of hours in just one game

I also don't understand how people can spend thousands of hours on story mode games or in general single player games, even if they are very good but for games that are competitive or mmorpgs Its understandable

Yeah and those other games arent the same as the ones we've played forever. They just dont click enough.

@@Hei1122 part of me wonders if that’s due to nostalgia and remembering all those fun times we had, or if gaming as a whole has changed and the games development (while prettier and more evolved) have changed for the worse.
