It's rad you're talking about such an underdiscussed era of the comics: People online seem to go from "THE MID 90s ARE BAD" to "2000s COMICS GOT DARKER AND MORE SERIOUS" and skip that whole late 90's, shiny and hard to pin down era around Onslaught.

I had remembered you from years ago on something called Cheshire Cat Studios (at least I think that was you) and then finally saw your Crash Bandicoot content about a month ago when I was revisiting the series myself. It was so many memories, both of that podcast and Crash, all just flooding back. Now I see this while I'm getting back into reading more comics, and it's just kinda crazy to think about how far everything has come, from the people we watch, to the series and mediums we love, to even our own lives. Honestly, it all feels pretty good. It warms my heart in more ways than I can put into words. Thank you for everything.

I am so pumped for this video. I used to write off Fantastic Four because there are little to no good TV adaptations. I watched your Fantastic Four video fully at least 5 times, and despite not reading any comics yet, I already consider myself a fan based on what I've learned from your video. Then I watched Earth's Mightiest Heroes all the way through. I was very entertained by it but I know it's got its flaws too, Reed Richards's character wasn't the strongest, Doom was held back by being closer to his movie version instead of his comic book version. I know it's still not a great adaptation but I enjoyed it for what it was.

While I freely admit that I was hoping for Silver Surfer (or possibly Thor); the Thunderbolts are definitely a very interesting topic to cover, especially as it's during that whole Heroes Reborn/Return era that I really got into Marvel Comics proper (as opposed to the cartoons, etc.), and their co-creator Kurt Busiek is without doubt one of the best Marvel writers of all time in my book (why he never got a run on Amazing Spider-Man is beyond me, especially given his stellar work on Untold Tales of Spider-Man to boot, but I digress, yes...?).
