His wife had filed a Domestic voilence case on him in 2011.He has a son with Vijayalakshmi.Darshan had an extra marital affair with Pavitra Gowda who is a new actress. This affair was accepted my both Drashan and Pavitra. Renukaswami who was a die hard fan of Darshan started abusing Pavitra in the comments. Pavitra took offence and told it to Darshan. Darshan contacted his fans and asked Renukaswami to meet him and he killed him. His car was caught in CCTV while dumoing his body.Darshan Pavitra and 13 others are jailed.

Katrina's an introvert, and she's never given people like that organizer the time of the day after they talk rubbish. True or not, I understand her frustration. You're there to entertain knowing that even if you're spot on with a character, you'll never get the appreciation that Indian actors (not foreign) will get. That was a good lesson for those organizers...ask your nominees to perform.
