Todd Bowles just watched on film the Chiefs stuff the Raiders on the goal line multiple times. We've seen Mahomes several times lead a drive down the field for a game winning field goal how many times now this season? In the past we've seen Mahomes do that in 13-seconds. Also the analytics show that Bowles had a 48% chance versus a 41% chance to win by going into overtime versus going for 2. Easy to criticize but not such an easy decision. Had he went for 2 and lost everyone would be talking about how he should went for the tie and go into overtime based on analytics. It's a lose/lose for Bowles.

This is an instance where I think analytics is misleading. After the Bucs FG their D let KC score back to back TDs and they were getting manhandled those drives. Yes they got a stop, but the RB dropped the screen pass. Bucs go down and score with little time left going for it doesn’t mean they win but praying for OT doesn’t sound like a good idea imo.
