This is an excellent programme that unfortunately does not (yet) have the reccognition that it deserves. I sincerely hope that the Women's game will be a strong part of these 3 very camera friendly and competent lady's content as well as keeping an eye on the less spectacular but just as important happenings within the football world.

One of the things I observe about bringing through talent regardless of the demographics of the people/person is making the pie bigger, sharing resources (equipment, training access, space, pay, etc.). KZbin is a classic example of a platform that brings through talent on its merits to a large degree (the community rules can be a problem for marginalized groups to high light their focus or function). Fan channels are an example of where you see women and people of color push through. So long as you can learn and bring creativity to your work, get along well with others, we live in a time where the chances are expanding mainly because of technology, when it’s affordable.
