This so clarified something for me. It has long occurred to me that the angels in the midrash are a foil for man. They are perfect, and G-d prefers needy man. And then I discovered the piyut אשר אימתיך and everything clicked into place. Angels are perfect, THEY don't need G-d and G-d doesn't need them. ותהילתך עליהם.

This is contrary to Ramban on Devarim 22:6, which reads as follows in one portion: «They [ref. Bereshit Rabbah 44:1 and Midrash Tanchuma Shemini 8] teach that the mitzvot do not provide Hashem, may He be Elevated, with any benefit. Rather, the benefit is for human beings: to prevent themselves from being harmed or from [gaining] an evil belief or a disreputable character trait; or to remind themselves of the miracles and wonders of the Creator, may He be Blessed; and to [come to] know God.»

GOD made all life and humans in his image because he enjoys creating, the Universe is full of life and GOD's divine love is our bond with GOD, As for you statement why would GOD be lonely when GOD has many angels in Heaven and all sorts of life throughout the Universe, Repent fully to GOD and you will see with your own eyes if GOD decides to show you, GOD loves his creations because we give GOD love and without GOD none of you would be here, To please GOD show him your devoted love, spread life,

When god tells you the answers but you can't get others to understand it's so hard. I'm supposed to help my family do the right things but they think I'm wrong.

In Judaism, the angels didn't "turn" bad. They were created with a purpose from the start to incite man to sin. See Zohar Bereshit 16

Elsewhere, Rabbi F clarifies that he doesn't chas vesholom mean that God needs us. That would be wrong and apikorsus. What he meant to say is "God's PLAN needs us.
@DrKaii
@DrKaii 10 ай бұрын
No, he doesn't clarify that anywhere, what are you talking about? It's only apikorsus to say Hashem needs something, but we are not things. His Essence is bound up with ours, and that IS need. Need = "essential"

This is not a real “rabbi” God does not need us. In fact we are the ones who need him. God was perfect before and after the creation of the world.

B"H Imagine being all alone - eternally. Imagine what it is to have everything, and no one to give it to. Imagine what it is like to think up the best jokes - and have no one to tell them to. Imagine what it is to love infinitely - and have no one to love. That is God, but for us. You do not need to imagine it. You can remember it. That is what YOUR estate is, but for having assumed the form that is called Manis Friedman. Remember that aloneness, as horrifying as it is because you need to feel that in order to understand why You create. Do not dissociate from that horror so completely that you forget it. Yes, God needs us terribly and desperately, otherwise God is in solitary confinement forever. But God does not need us to do strange ceremonies. God needs us to be with God and do wonderful things and love our existence together with God. THAT is the meaning of doing המצות - being WITH God. You are performing the miracle of being WITH YOURSELF. להיות בצותא is what God needs and wants from us THAT is The Service. So enjoy your life really instead of doing ceremonial things that you do not enjoy doing. It is better to sew on a button in joy and say to God/YourSelf: 'How wonderful to be Our Body so that We can sew on this button together!' than to do ceremonies. God will certainly do inane ceremonies unhappily as your Body if you force God to do this. That is better than God being alone. But why? You can enjoy your being and so God enjoys your being. Understand this.

This is what happens when you dwell in the Parades. You become lost. May this “Rabbi” repent of his false doctrine believing that G-d may His Name be Blessed is anything but perfect. Chabad should repent and reject this “Rabbi” before they become a new religion
