The reason to buy a Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 - Read Description - Raw Sound - DJI Osmo Action 3

Hi. this is the reason I bought a smaller cc bike like the Husqvarna svartpilen. you have the opportunity to drive on gravel roads with plenty of power!
Positive:
+ small, agile and fast in corners
+ low consumptions
+ low maintain costs
+ cheap parts (uses same as duke390)
+ very fun and addictive, no need to plan the rides, just jump on it and enjoy whatever the road type.
+ 44hp plenty of power because of being a light weight bike
+ enduro style riding position
+ adjustable WP suspension, slipper clutch, quickshifter, ABS brakes
Negative:
- very small, test ride one before considering buying
- single cylinder, vibrations - can be mitigated with piggyback ecu
- fully naked bike, wind on highways is your enemy
- not optimal for having a backpack due to being a lightweight bike

It's so good on gravel roads. Superb. Lots of power to spare and good suspension. The only negative thing is the ground clearance, could be higher. Thanks for the comment and ride safe ✌️

@@HusseMoto i think we can improve the ground clearance by changing the front wheels from 17" to 19". Triumph, Royal Enfield and Ducati scrambler have the same specification so I expect it will just work okay the same 👌

The first bike i had was a Honda XL 350R with a weight of 134kg and 27HP. Was 6kg to light for the driving license i had back then ;-). The second bike I got is a Honda XL 250R with a weight of just 117kg and 17HP. It will be roadworthy again soon. At the moment KTM Germany is selling the 2023 model of the Svartpilen with a huge discount. 4500€ instead of 6200€. Signed a purchase contract yesterday.

I am also one who likes light weight bikes, because I want to take them off the main roads onto gravel and mud! With that discount you get so much bike for the money, svartpilens are loaded with technology and have a very good and optimized engine! 2023 model is the last of the previous generation and they look so much better! Have fun on the new bike and ride safe - I now have 9000km with zero issues on mine, feels like a well build bike

I have a Leovince LV-10 Titanium slip-on, removed the second catalysator from the header pipe too (the one that goes inside the resonator)

I actually have the RapidBike Easy module. Works excellent. Have it on +2 setting. Also have a 3D printed airbox lid, changing it for the DNA version for next season. Svartpilen gets so smooth with ecu piggybacks and airbox mod

Have you noticed a acceleration difference I noticed that with the air box lid skeletonized the sound changes a bit

There is a gain in the low end for sure. Sound is beefier also. Airbox mods are quite loud, suction sound is loud on a single cylinder

Essentially, the Piggyback tuner inserts (or splices) itself between the ECU and the sensors and changes the value that the ECU reads. This 'tricks' the ECU into thinking the values are not optimal and then causes it to produce more boost or inject more fuel - thus giving more power
