I just recently watched a video on how hard it is to cancel a gym membership in the US. having to mail in a certified letter requesting the cancellation instead of being able to do it online or on the phone. disappointed to hear it's hard to do worldwide.

It's only hard to do at scummy places. My pilates/yoga studio only sells 30-day memberships that DON'T auto-renew. (or you can pay $20 per class if you don't want a membership) 😂 Only quitters make excuses. Winners keep seearching for solutions.

well it wouldnt make much sense to have a membership in australia when youre moving to japan.. If youre embarrased for when they ask why?, you could say like your new workspace provides a fully equipped gym, and its not an 8 hour flight away from my new home. Theres nothing personal about deciding to stop going to a gym in most cases.. For me it was worse when i unsubbed my monthly subscription from all the indie vtubers i used to watch before i fell in the hololive rabbithole.. cause those streamers i to some extent had formed a bond with over the years in quarantine.

Find better gyms ya dummies! lol The Pilates/Yoga studio I go to sells 30 day memberships that don't auto-renew at the end of the 30 days. 😂 Not like I need to cancel it, I've been hitting classes there twice a day for 10 months now. Step 1) Find a place that matches your vibe Step 2) Show up EVERY DAY. Step 3) Watch yourself progress from soft & weak to fit & fantastic in no time! It's really not that hard, most people are just too lazy to put in the bare minimum effort to commit to the change they want to see. You can tell who those people are because they're the first ones to come up with excuses for why they were correct to quit. 🤣
