mars's skill 2 after skill 1 made a hero being stop pulled by the spear. so in this case, would be better if the spear reach a tree first then using the second

My guess is both of Mars' skill apply forced movent to the target, and applying one cancel another before. In this case, Rebuke cancel the forced movement of Spear and apply its own but Spear has an interruping property(stun) while Rebucke doesn't(non-interrupting displacement) thus giving Sniper time to activate BKB before Spear could reach the tree to apply its stun.

stun only applied when enemy contact the tree or wall while the drag animation or sliding by spear is not disable just like force staff you can use item during that animation
