Trying different enviroments is something that helps me a lot now in college. Working in a space where I can visibly see other people working like in a library or even with a few friends boosts my productivity a lot especially in college. obviously, you need to learn how to work by yourself as those things aren't always available but I trained myself to eventually lock in and concentrate by myself.

Absolutely love your videos!!! I’m so happy that I found your channel. I can’t stop watching your content. Thank you so much for sharing all of your amazing and valuable tips!!! I have been feeling inspired and motivated again which I haven’t felt in a while now. I have been struggling with productivity over the past few years. I used to be able to find time and energy for everything (studying, working, developing my KZbin channel, working out, volunteering, cleaning, cooking, etc). I thought that I will finally have free time after getting my doctorate to seriously focus on growing my channel. I used to love making KZbin videos. It would bring me so much joy to film and edit them and to interact with my viewers. I miss feeling like that but have been struggling to get myself back into that productive mode despite the fact that I have more free time than I can ever remember. Thank you for not only motivating and inspiring me but for helping me restore hope and belief in myself🙏☺️🤗🥰

Guys, I'm giving ye the one single, one of the most important things decreasing yer focusing, memory levels, especially fer men: it is watching porn, or looking at digital erotic stuff such as the ones on instagram, reddit or hollywood movies; and also looking at body parts of women in real life. Remember, there is no other feleling on human beings that can make them "zombie-like", as much as the lust does. So, just cut all these stuff that I said, annd start seeing the results in a few days, including having harder and more sustainable erections. It is because of these kind of stuff that I listed above, that in today's European and American societies, the skills such as focusing, memory and complicated analytical thinking and also hardness of penis are on a serious downfall, unfortunately. Thus, hold yerself fer your wife, keep an eye on yer "eyes" (pun is not intended) and cut all these; ye will thank me and pray for me later :) I am this further in claiming. Btw, masturbation is totally allowed. Furthermore, if ye decide to apply these things I am saying but have doubts about the consequences; nobody is forcing you to apply these stuff, just implement them fer a week or two weex, and then if ye still think that no positive results occur in yer mind and body, then of course ye are free to cut this prescription. But if ye want yer mental and physical skills seriously increased; do these, and I habe no doubt that ye are having results in that case. Have a great day... lll

in brief: This video discusses how to improve focus and productivity by optimizing your workspace, based on tips from the Japanese book "The Reason Why You Can't Focus is Your Room." The main points include: 1. Analyze your current workspace by taking a picture of your desk to objectively evaluate it. 2. Remove unnecessary items from your desk to create a clutter-free environment. 3. Avoid having multiple tasks and objects in your line of sight to minimize distractions. 4. Change your working environment to stimulate creativity and maintain focus. 5. Tidy your desk for 5 minutes at the end of each day to keep it organized. 6. Change your desk position to receive natural light, which improves mood and energy levels. 7. Use quality productivity tools, such as the Asus ZenScreen MB249C monitor, iQunix F96 keyboard, and GrowMate notepads. The video highlights the importance of creating a clean, organized workspace that promotes efficiency, concentration, and overall well-being. By following these tips, viewers can experience significant improvements in focus and productivity.

One extra tip: take short breaks between tasks or just to refresh your mental energy. For example, 5-10 min break for 45-60 min of work of concentration. In this case "taking a break" means: leave your mobile device at the desk, take a short walk away from it and just do anything else for a while - get a drink, go to another room to do something else or just go outside to get fresh air for a few minutes.

Perfectionism and not being able to move through the work was the reason for me. You can't concentrate when there is no clear "why" to aim at. It is important to have strategic and operational level clarity. Your perception of the process may change, but you still need to start from some framework Procrastination and lack of concentration are one of the major obstacles that I have in my life for as long as I remember myself and recently it feels like awareness and maturity which I gained with time are helping me adress the causes of these problems and start solving them Thank you for sharing your tips, I as well noticed that it is important to have clear framework, both physical and mental It is a pleasure to listen to you 🙏🏻

Finally, I a detailed explanation as to why Im struggling doing my architectural projects. I knew that having a clean and organized workspace would be very efficient in improving work performance but I never knew to what extent until I got to experience the struggle. Having to handle heavy and demanding workloads I never really even bothered to just tidy up my space just because I think its a waste of time and I i can still do my work even with my tools, books, and gadgets are on my desk convincing myself that I can clean this after my work is done. But boy as I was wrong, I never really understood why or maybe Im in just in the state of denial that I have OCD, but after watching this video I finally have someone convince me that what Ive been doing the whole time was unproductive and somehow unhealthy in some aspects. I am grateful for this video and it really has helped me understand and improve my performance and progress in my work in the architecture industry.

One important thing that you forgot to say is that you have to have a job/career that you enjoy. I've done a lot of this already. I'd like to add a couple things. Keep your phone in another room when you want to focus. A 15 minute brisk walk is usually about 1 mile for me and it helps me feel better and more focused when I was at the office. Drinking lots of water is also better for your brains functionality. I believe your brain can work 30% better when you're hydrated (don't quote me on that number though I am remember this study on it so...)

Wow, a great video. I just clicked on it to get it in my history to watch it later because I am up late. So good and shorter than I thought I stayed for the whole thing. Great ideas for focus at your desk! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

First video of your channel. Well it was very informative video. Also I find your voice very charming and pronunciation is just as good as native speaker. Keep up the good work.

These tips are amazing. Girl I love your content. I just want to add something more. Most of standart/neurotypical people can highly benefit from this video and I'm glad you create it. But people like me might work/study a lot better when it's full of chaos :D I have ADHD and all my life I wantted my room and my desk to be perfectly organized but I couldn't do that. Not for once. The thing is whenever I need to study I have to tidy around and guess what?.... I usually end up with organizing my paperworks, writings all day long... not studying.. not even cleaning anything properly. So that never works for me. Instead these days I gave up about the idea of a perfect set up. I do not change anything. I mean I wish I colud share a photo of my desk.. Notes spread everywhere. Like table cloth :) Books piled up right and left to my laptop etc. but now I feel more comfortable more relaxed cause I don't stress myself thinking about the mess. Plus (A BIG PLUS) seeing my notes and my daily schedule right in front of me allows me to remember my tasks and plans. I mean that probably would create pressure on normal people but for ADHD'ers it's really helpful. Because most of us struggle with short term task memory a.k.a working memory problems (in brief forgetting things, tasks , to do's constantly). So what I wanted to say we're all different in a way. And please do try these tips and others but keep in mind ''not everything works for everyone''. So please don't stress out yourself. I believe you will find the right way. Stay safe, take care.

So this is literally me working or studying, I love chaos and it better be multiple tasks because I get bored very easily on working on one task and I change everytime. For my desk, I have some things sitting on my desk for months that shouldn't be here. But it is okay for me, this is how I like. One day I just look on my desk and say, hey wait a minute I need to take this thing to where it belongs.

when the desk is messy all the time because of adhd, telling me "just tidy your desk" means nothing, its like telling a depressed person, "just dont be sad" or something stupid like that lol

I'll say that if you're a creative person, have that balance of clutter and clean in your room. This helps with focus while also sparking new innovative ideas :)

Actually Ruri improving concentration is a crucial part of our daily lives, especially in today's fast-paced world. Here are some scientifically proven ways to fix your concentration which are as follows:- 1. PRACTICE MINDFULNESS like yoga & meditation🧘‍♂️. 2. EXERCISE🏋️‍♂️ REGULARLY 1 or 2 hours a day. 3. 7 to 8 hours sleep😴. 4. MANAGE STRESS through meditation🧘‍♂️ or deep breathing exercise. 5. MINIMIZE DISTRACTIONS. 6. STAY HYDRATED by drinking water. 7. BETTER TASKS INTO SMALLER CHUNKS like breaking very complex task into smaller to improve your over all concentration. In short, improving concentration requires a holistic approach, including regular exercise, mindfulness practice, stress management, proper sleep is very important & minimizing distractions. By incorporating these scientifically proven methods into your daily routine, you can fix your concentration & easily enhance your overall cognitive function. 🤍❤ all your videos #RURI👍

You don't need to know japanese or read books for this advice. Googling how to gain motivation this is a huge thing that pops up as advice a lot. Having a clean and organized room/space motivates one to stay on the right track because in our minds and our values having things clean and tidy is a good thing to us and we want to keep having good things happen. Great video though
