I have a channel that I started in 2011 with music stuff (mostly cover songs). Im close to my 30s now and I feel like I finally should do something with the gift I got in music. Im just wondering if I should start a new channel or if I still can use the old one that has like... 1-2 uploads each year. Will that have an influence on my future videos? I would not mind starting a new one tbh, but I just want to know so that I can take the "final step" and start working :D

Additional camera recommendation, Canon T7i or T8i. These models have fantastic focus tracking, better than any other DSLR that I've ever used which was my initial selling point when buying my T7i. Canon's webcam drivers and utilities are incredibly simple and plug-and-play with all applications. You'll need to get an AC power pack that slots into where the battery goes but they are not expensive on Amazon. The T7i and T8i (T7i is older so less expensive) are great options because of the sheer volume of lenses out there that are compatible with them. I haven't used any mirrorless cameras so I can't speak to the value of those, but at the very least, now you know that the T7i or T8i are great as streaming/web cams too. Plus, you can explore traditional photography with them which is a lot of fun.

I'd also add, from how you say "don't let people dislike you discourage you," just do it if you love doing it. I started my KZbin channel primarily to showcase not only my guitar playing skills, but to focus on songwriting. The guys I look up to are great at having ideas they have - Moductrial Maker, Tech with Tim, Bitwit... I have my own personality and yes, I can be a bit dry at times. Do what you love anyway. I also love how you go through the different "steps" on doing this video, specifically. I guess I don't understand the "market research" part is all. Maybe, I need to take a lesson on this here - I'm great at giving encouragement. The woman I'm engaged to - let's call her "Lisa," she's a content creator, but not so much on youtube. She kind of lost her way and when her and I started talking she realized, "Oh, my gosh, this guy is doing the same thing I am." The thing is she's popular in her niche, which terrifies me...LOL!. but one thing I'm learning, specifically from content creators like you, Robert Benjamin, VidIQ and others is simply - "Don't just do content you enjoy doing, make content that will resonate with viewers." It's like problem-solving for a programmer, one of those things I do when I am able to do so. It gets harder when your time is taken for a job you have to focus on as well. Add to that I have bills I have to care for, saving up to get the gear I need, etc. and on and on. I love the advice my viewers give me, but there's so much I can do only at the current time. All you can do is take a deep breath, keep going, and figure out "How can I make this slightly better?" I hope that makes sense.

As a youtuber, know that you don't owe anyone anything. Have fun doing what you love ❤️ don't look at numbers, just post, improve yourself. Most pipo don't care about what you are bringing to the table. They just want to know if they will like you or not. The moment you stop caring about the subscribers is the time they will care about you 💯 Sadly.

Good video. Everything you said is true. KZbin is simple. But a lot of materialistic people create channels thinking they deserve to be famous because they believe they are so amazing, that they themselves are content. Lol.

1. Use a monolingual dictionary 2. Watch movies/shows in your target language 3. listen to audio books (optionally while reading the same book) 4. Watch shows in a language you don't understand, but with subtitles in your target language All of these things combined will get you to stop translating.

İ also had very close relationship with my sister sit side by side, joking , hugging etc but it never get weird, chill out g's, İ assume that some people never get a close friendship with their sisters, because they have a hostile relation, an ugly or awful sister idk, and they come here to talk shit about others, and being offended by everything, a brother giving a hug to his sister , a father kissing his daughter in the cheek etc, And still tolerate a 10 guy bdsm gangbang because it is " progressive" 😛

A lot of these points are kind of meaningless and absurd if you spend more than 5 minutes thinking about it. If you don't save because you may be dead at 27, guess what, you may outlive your savings. What's worse? penny pinching when you're 30 or penny pinching when you're 80? (if you die young, not having had a chance to spend your money is the least of your problems!)
