The recipe that the whole world is going crazy over!🍓 Warning - can be addictive!

Hello friends 🍓 Today I decided to please the whole family with a wonderfully delicious pastry with strawberries, the recipe of which is driving the whole world crazy!
I show you how to make a strawberry shortcake that you will love!
It took me about 30 minutes to make this wonderful pastry.
Just repeat after me and you will succeed!
The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
Ingredients:
salt 1/3 teaspoon.
sugar 1 tablespoon.
Yeast 1 teaspoon.
Warm milk 150 ml.
Mix well.
Add egg whites 1 pc.
Sift 250 g wheat flour through a sieve.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
Add 30g butter.
Mix the butter well into the batter.
The dough is still very sticky.
Cover and set in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
Put the dough on the table.
You can sprinkle a little flour on the table.
Place the dough on parchment paper.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The dough should be about 7-9 mm thick.
Place a matching lid on the dough to form a circle.
Repeat after me.
Make cuts in the dough as I show.
Braid the ends of the dough as I show.
Repeat after me.
It's easy - you can do it!

Cover the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Cut 250 g fresh strawberries.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Lubricate the cake with milk.
Lay the strawberries on top of the dough as I show.
You can add more strawberries.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
While the cake is baking, stir together 100ml hot water and 5g gelatine.
Brush the edges of the cake with butter.
You can add a little sugar.
While the cake is hot, pour the gelatin into the center of the cake.
Everything, our beautiful pastries are ready!
Wait for the gelatin to set and the cake to cool.
It's very tasty and beautiful!
