If you have apples, make this delicious baking recipe!
RECIPE for Tearable Apple Pie:
300 ml warm milk.
40 grams of sugar.
6 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
1 chicken egg.
120 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything.
Sift 600 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form a ball from the dough.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover bowl of dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling.
4 red apples cut into cubes.
Put the apples in the pan.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 grams of vanilla sugar.
to mix everything.
Sauté apples over medium heat for 6 minutes.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of starch.
And 3 tablespoons of water.
Pour the mixture over the apples.
Quickly mix apples with starch.
Remove the finished filling from the stove.
Cool apples.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise like this for 10 minutes.
Roll out a ball of dough with a rolling pin.
Circle diameter 18 cm.
Make a cut in the dough.
Put 2 teaspoons of apples on the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Repeat after me.
It's very easy.
Shape the rest of the dough into buns.
Grease a casserole dish with butter.
Place parchment paper on the bottom of a casserole dish.
My casserole dish has a diameter of 28 cm.

Cover the cake with cling film.
Let the cake rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Brush the cake with egg yolk.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Es ist Stärkemehl, kann Maisstärke bzw. Kartoffelstärke sein. Mit kaltem Wasser anrühren und zu den Äpfeln geben u aufkochen. Dann wird die Obstflüssigkeit gebunden u es nässt nicht. Lg aus Österreich
