I think generally speaking she's of an age now where she has mastered the art of celebrity. It was touch and go during the '00s

I could listen to Lily Allen all day. Her book is so good. She's such an incredibly smart, witty human. A lot of folks think that she's had a privileged life having a famous dad, but a lot of her childhood was heartbreaking n scary rather than privileged. You just wouldn't leave a small person in the environments she was left in. Anything could've happened. The fact that she's come through the other side is a testament to her character Xx

I'm glad she didn't fall into heroin. She said that one of her friends did it. I wonder if she was talking about Amy Winehouse, they were friends and Amy loved Lilly. Either way I'm so glad she's sharing her story.

Maybe it gets better after the first 9 minutes but to be honest I could not watch anymore. Tony is laughing with some euphoric recall story about keith allen in the zanzibar club and Lily explains the reality was he went to jail for being an aggressive drunk leaving her mother alone during the whole pregnancy. Lily then tries to explain how cause her parents were out getting wasted in clubs and stuff, they were left as kids basically abandoned with whoever. Tony starts rattling on about them being creative people rubbish. What I heard from Lily was great but nah couldnt listen to this Tony guy relive his delusions. Anyone in recovery knows kids want security not creative users. From reading the other comments Tony has a great recovery and I wish him well but sorry wasnt for me

Prayers for her. She's still seeking everything but Jesus. It's very difficult for people who are roman catholic to get beyond dogma and ritual. A false doctrine. Revelation 6 and Book of John. END times. We are here...

@MissOrchid124 жыл бұрын
Maybe in this interview, but in others she does talk about those less fortunate & social justice issues etc
@bcoolfool10144 жыл бұрын
To be fair, this interview is about her experience and her recovery. All the questions are about her personal experiences, so she's answering the questions. I'm sure if the questions were about societal problems, and what other people are going through, then I'm sure she would have something to say that is not about her. But this interview was about her, so it's kind of the point that she talks about herself n what she went through.

She's from the me me me generation. At least she is genuinely herself and admits her mistakes. And doesn't pretend she is better and perfect like people like cheryl Cole. And act all sweet and innocent. Most people now are self obsessed. And are less respectful. And act like it's all about them. The genuine people are themselves. And dont act like they are above people. And they treat people with respect. Its best not to take life too seriously. Or care what people think. Think whatever who cares. If people are being rude. You will be less stressed if you care less.
